It was at dawn at Sunday when the tournament got canceled, while the people were dissapointed that their energy went to waste, Landlord's speaker Jronisch went around guild houses and said that one city has been capturing guilds and cities to gain ownership of those lands they targeted. One vital information from them is that they will capture each and every guild leaving the Landlord defenseless. Once they have heard of the news every guild house was really closing all of it's entrances and windows due to the unknown danger they might pose. I saw Mayleen's guild about to close up too. While the two new members are also closing the windows. I decided to confront Mayleen to see if she knows.

"Hey do you mind telling me why their closing all the holes on their house?"-Damian

"I see you aren't familiar about whats going to happen. Mostly when an unknown threat is threatening a city,we prevent our entrances from becoming theirs by closing. Do you not think that is the only solution?"-Mayleen

"But don't you guys have security? I'm sure there is in every city."

-Damian

"When I came here,I sure did ask things the same as you? Apparently I still don't have any idea what city do you belong but the idea of trusting people on our security is also why the guild system around here is different. Some of the guilds don't have experiences to hold off threats. Those guilds of a weaker defense are more likely to be targeted. We may not know how the will but they know how they can and that is the threat they pose around us."-Mayleen

"Huh? I never thought of it like that. Isn't it a bit hassling to those who only rely on that system?"-Damian

"If they also care for those who do that,then they themselves also serve them back as a farmer,lumberer or a blacksmith. The system is about the will to do good and understand. Even helping without payback and this system also forces us to be with one another and to do good to others too. And all this just goes around and round."

-Mayleen

"Speaking of payback,hey I haven't forgot what you done for me."

-Damian

"Glad to hear you still remember that. Keep in mind and I might need you some day or some night."-Mayleen

"By the way,I don't mean to ask but when you rescued me back then what were you doing there?"-Damian

"Not much rather than watching you almost about to succumb to the wounds. Anyway,I went on my own accord because there was something I have to confirm on my search."-Mayleen

"What were you confirming of?"-Damian

"About this people."-Mayleen

"What people?"-Damian

"People who claimed that they were not from here and that they say they've never seen our creatures. This people were familiar of the food around here. They were mostly familiar of our customs too like swinging a sword,making a fire,building houses,planting and they even knew love."-Mayleen

"They may just be people like us here. What is different with those people you are claiming to be different?"-Damian

"Some people have began to remember what happened to them. The timing of the recalling of memories happens mostly in between when the actions have almost began to finish like this person. He remembered his own home when he began carving logs in the shape of an unusual animal or creature. Or even this person. While he was in the middle of kissing with a woman,he regained his memory about the woman he loves and at the same time that woman whom he kissed was also her who does not remember him."-Mayleen
