Chapter 27

"Um, so how's this going to work?" I asked as we got to Zack's place.

"I have no idea, let's just go with it."

"Go with it?" I asked, but he didn't answer, he just grabbed my hand, leading me around the back.

"We're back." Matt announced to everyone.

"Gabby." Brian said, approaching me. "I'm sorry."

He came up to me, slipping his arm around my shoulder and guiding me away from Matt. Just great.

"I didn't mean to upset you." He told me.

Great, he thought I was upset over him.

"It wasn't you."

"No, I know I've been pressuring you and I need to stop but I just miss you Gabby."

I glanced around, looking for Matt, he was talking with Arin, Kate was hovering nearby.

Just great, he'd deserted me again.

"I'll give you as much time as you need Gabby, I promise."

How about forever, I thought to myself.

"Brian, please, no more." I said, stepping away from him. "I'm not coming back to you."

He looked at me and he looked a little pissed. "You just need time."

He was so fucking thick.

I watched him walk off, cursing him under my breath.

I stiffened as an arm slipped around my waist.

"Hey." Matt murmured. "You okay?"

"No, you keep leaving me." I hissed.

"I did not, I was watching." He said smiling. "And if he touched you I would've broken his arm."

I laughed. "Now that I'd like to see."

"Matt." Kate suddenly called. "Can you come here?"

I glanced over at her, she was standing there, glaring at me.

"You better go." I whispered.

"Gabby, don't, I told you, you and you only." He pulled me closer.

"Well how are we going to do this Matt? Just announce it?"

"That's what I was thinking, I'd give a little speech and at the end just 'Oh by the way Gabby and I are together, so deal with it'."

I couldn't help but smile at him. "Deal with it?"

"Do you have a better idea?" He asked.

I glanced over my shoulder, everyone was talking amongst themselves, paying us no attention.

"We could just leave." I suggested. I really wanted to go home.

"We could." He said. "But how would that help?"

It'd help me, alot.

I just shrugged and looked around again, now Brian was looking at us.

"I have no idea Matt, no matter what we do, it's not going to be taken well."

"I don't care about that." He told me.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure." He said. "Now are you ready?"

"To go?" I asked.

"No." He said smiling. "For this."

He pulled me into his arm's and brushed his lips across my ear. I closed my eye's. Just being close to him made me feel all giddy.

I put my hands on his chest as his lips found mine. I closed my eye's and everything else disappeared.

"Gabby." He murmured. "Let's just go home."

"Yes." I whispered, in between his kisses.

We didn't move though, when he kissed me I was incapable of moving, he had such an effect on me.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK." Brian yelled.
