Mubi's POV

Hello !! I screamed at my phone irritatingly, he is obviously not hearing me, i hissed and screamed his name this time, my head aching so bad, i feel so dizzy and all i want right now is to throw up" i hissed and hung up, a minute later my phone starts to ring again....

hello"i forced out

Babe are you okay ? Came his voice from the phone

Yes, i'm fine I answered in my best voice, i don't want him to get the slightest idea of what's going on with me right now"you shouldn't have picked his call in the first place "a voice said in my head

Can you hear me"he said pulling me out of my thoughts

Uhm yes I answered " i felt the urge to cough , and before i could end the call i start to throw up"

where are you ?? Came his voice mixed of anger and concern, tell me where you are? tell you what, send me the address of your location" he added and that is the last thing i heard before everything went blank ......

KHALIL's POV

I am sorry but this meeting is adjourned" i said staring at the disappointed faces of the board members, i know how important this meeting is to every one here and how hard it was to finally get to finalize the date for the meeting, but how mubi 's voice sounded over the phone is reasonable enough to make me do this.

But why mr Khalil ? One of the board members asked, you can't just cancel this as we are about to start for god's sake " he added with a frown

I know and i'm very sorry but something came up "I answered him staring at the other members "they all look quite disappointed but i honestly don't care, i know been the CEO of such a big company is a huge responsibility on its own and that is why i honestly never wanted it, my baby is more important to me, and the fact that i know the meeting can't continue without me give me this little satisfaction"

I promise I will make it up to you all, I added with an assuring smile, with that i hurriedly stepped out of the meeting hall and walk to my office "

Sir, is everything okay" my Secretary asked seeing as the meeting was just about to start and I left the hall at the last minute

"yes everything is fine Sandra, i just needed to be somewhere. she nodded and made a way for me to leave.

I walk to the parking lot and rev my car" this girl is driving me crazy " i muttered to my self "where are you heading now? my subconscious asked, i hissed and grab my phone, she didn't send the address and i have no idea where to go look for her "call tima " another voice rang in me and i immediately dail Tima's number, she is her best friend and am sure they are together. "i just hope she isn't drunk too" I said out loud dailing her number, she picked at the first ring

i sigh in relief, literally for two reasons, one the noise coming from the phone sounds just the-same as the one I heard when I was with mubina on the phone earlier and secondly Tima sounds normal which means she is not drunk and must be taking care of her drunk friend  "hopefully "

are you together with your friend I asked with all hopes she would say yes

yeah she was just with me right now? She said Stressing the last two words, i wonder where she disappeared to" she added in a confused tone"
