Jade was heartbroken. She had to stay strong but her one true love was now DEAD. Forever gone. Left in darkness. "Hey, Jade. Are you feeling any better? Do you wanna sit with us at dinner?" Draco Malfoy had asked. Guess he had some decency and heart in him. "Thanks, Draco. But umm... I'm fine, I'm just gonna go back to my room." Jade walked up to her bed and sat down. She couldn't help herself but cry. Cry. Cry. Cry. She ripped a bit of parchment out of a notebook. She angrily grabbed her quill and almost broke the tip. She dipped it in the ink on the table right beside her and began to write to her father:
Dear father,
what on earth? I know I didn't write you back but are you THAT uncivilized that you'd just kill Cedric like that? You get everything you want in life, so why can't I? If I'm your daughter, can't I be happy too? Father, WHY? I cut ties with him months ago, he was seeing a girl called Cho Chang. If he wasn't involved with me, why'd he have to "go out with a bang"? Father, if you want my help, stop destroying what I love. If you just cooperate, I promise, I'll help you build the future you speak of!
She looked down at her parchment. It was drenched in tears but still surprisingly readable. She rolled it up and sent it straight to her father from the window. She couldn't bare to let anyone see her like this down in the owlery.
