"I'm not in the army so I'm honestly so confused right now." Tony looked between the two with nothing but confusion from their conversation.

"Captain is higher than Sergeant but Buck is being a prick cause he just refuses to believe it." Steve gave his best friend a look.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no." Bucky shook his head at that as he was gently rubbing the mechanics feet while he waved a finger at the blonde for that accusation. "I know that Captain is higher than Sergeant, I just won't take orders from you specifically." He wiggled a finger at the blonde for clarification.

"See, this is why you piss me off." Steve sighed as he flopped back against his seat.

"Somebody's coming." Bucky heard them so he got up instantly as he walked slowly and carefully to the front door while the Captain also heard it just to stand up to protect the billionaire from any danger.

"Buck." Steve tossed him a knife that he used to cut the pancakes for any help.

"Yeah punk, cause they're really gonna be scared of a butter knife with chocolate on it." Bucky deadpanned then stuck the knife in his mouth and hummed from the taste. "Alright, not bad." He shrugged then went back to assassin mode.

Tony gasped when the blonde picked him up and instantly started to put his sweatpants on him.

"Stevie, now is not the time to start feelin' him up." Bucky lightly scolded his best friend.

"Shut up Buck." Steve gave him a bitch face. "He's literally wearing nothing but-"

"Never mind, got it." Bucky corrected as he understood what the blonde was getting at instantly.

"See?" Steve mocked.

"Stop it." Tony frowned as he couldn't understand them being that they were speaking in Portuguese.

"Sorry love." Steve kissed his cheek softly then put the billionaire behind him again to guard him from the person coming towards the compound.

The person walked into the compound then jumped out of his skin when he saw the Winter Soldier raising a metal hand with a butter knife aimed at him.

"What the hell Buchanan!" The person scolded as he swatted at him to put down the 'weapon.' "Put down the butter knife and chill." He scoffed then walked in just to gasp and groan when he hit the floor.

"Rhodey!" Tony beamed as he tackled his best friend to the floor once he heard that recognizable voice.

"Damn it Tones, I outta kill ya for doing that." Rhodey groaned then shoved him off as he sat up to brush off any dirt from falling on the floor.

Tony laughed then got up just to help the man up as he trotted back to his spot at the table.

"Alright, something's different with you Buchanan, what gives?" Rhodey gave the Sergeant a look as he examined him somewhat.

"What?" Bucky furrowed his brows as he had no idea what the man was getting at.

"You just seem-" Rhodey then turned and saw the blonde just to wave a finger between the two with suspicion. "Alright, you two together?" He pondered.

"What?" Both of their eyes widened at that then went to correct it but the billionaire interrupted immediately.

"Rhodey!" Tony screeched as he threw a fork at his head.

"What the hell Tony!" Rhodey ducked immediately then glared at his best friend. "Quit trying to kill me!" He huffed as he walked over to the man then sat down in a chair next to him. He then gave the soldiers looks just to nudge his best friend and look at him curiously but also with a smirk on his face, "still drea-" He gasped when the shorter brunette clamped a hand over his mouth immediately.
