Red Daughter and the Scarlet King

In which Barry or excuse me... His majesty the king sees a path toward peace with Kaznia, by laying down with Red Daughter...

Barry stood up from the throne, he rubbed his tired eyes as he put down his scepter.

"Is that all that I needed so sign, Frank?"

"Uh, yeah, I think that's all your majesty," The short, old man said. 

"I appreciate the help, Frank, thank you for helping me out, it means a lot."

Frank nodded.

"Ah look at the time, I gotta get to Philadelphia, for some reason it's always sunny there, I'll see you later kid," Frank said and patted Barry's shoulder, he opened a breach and went through it. 

Secretary Ross came into the throne room, Barry rubbed his eyes.

"Look Mr. Secretary, I had a little bit of a field day signing contracts and papers, approving bills and signing decrees, whatever you're gonna say it can wait for tomorrow."

"Your majesty, I have come to remind you about the situation developing in Kasnia, the longer we wait, the longer things are gonna get complicated. The Prime Minister wants you to... Sleep with Red Daughter as a sign of an alliance between our two nations."

Barry chuckled, taking off his crown and setting it on the table.

"Okay, Thaddeus, inform Prime Minister Osborn that tonight, tonight is gonna be the night that brings peace to the Americas."

Ross smiled, he shook Barry's hand.

"Thank you for understanding, I'll see to it that the alliance documents are formed," Ross told Barry, who nodded and sped away. Ross stumbled back and shook his head.

"Damn that's annoying!" Ross mumbled. 

Barry sped all the way over to Kasnia, he stopped at the capitol building. The doors open and a man stepped out, he was a tall man, he was a little fat, but he wore a big, manly mustache.

"Secretary Gorbachev, I hope that this new alliance is permanent, I would hate that the king would have to send peacekeeping troops here in Kaznia," Barry told him, shivering because of the Siberian weather, the snowflakes landing on his cape. 

"Of course, but I said I wanted to see the King of America, not you, Scarlet King, you are a trespasser," Gorbachev smiled as dozens of soldiers came up behind Barry, they placed DSHK heavy machine guns, they aimed their Kalishnikov's at Barry. 

"Okay, okay I'll bring you the king, just let me go get him, alright?" Barry asked. Gorbachev nodded.

"Now if you please, you are not welcome here, now go in peace and we shall not fire."

Barry nodded, a smile tugging at his lips, he sped away, he then created a duplicate, a speed mirage if you will, he quickly got dressed in normal clothes, just a regular suit, and a heavy coat. The mirage skidded to a halt with Barry, it let him go. Barry straightened his coat, the mirage sped away, fading out of existence. 

"Alright, I'm here, so you wanted me to sleep with... Red Daughter?" Barry asked. Gorbachev nodded.

"We were thinking that a pleasurable negotiation with our most powerful asset and the most influential ruler would be excellent for both countries," Gorbachev stated. 

Barry reluctantly jumped into a vehicle, he was assured out a little outside the capital of Kasnia into the dense Siberian forest. There was a good-sized cabin, it was in the middle of nowhere, but it looked peaceful. The escort halted a few meters from the entrance, they ushered Barry out.
