My name is Bella Allen, and I am the fastest woman alive. When I was 11 my mother and my father were murdered by the Reverse-Flash, also known as Erika Thawne, an enemy and a rival of mine in the future. Later, my own mentor who I thought was helping me was actually a villain as well, Hunter Zolomon, also known as Zoom turned his back on me when I found out about him, he killed my foster brother, Wally West, I killed Zoom and swore to kill any villain who was a menace to this Earth, I am Impulse...

Bella was speeding through Central City, she was responding to a bank robbery just outside the city near the outskirts of the city. 'Who's bright idea was to put a bank right on the edge of a city?' Impulse mused as she sped towards the robbery in a flurry of white and silver lightning. Bella sped into the bank and found a wannabe speedster who was actually taking velocity X, and then she found Mirror Master. Both of them jumped.

"Impulse, great of you to come-" Mirror Master was about to start his monologue but Bella interrupted, she vibrated her vocal cords so that her voice was distorted into a deep snarl, just like Zooms. 

"You interfere with this city for the last time Mirror Master, as for you Trajectory, I shall spare you if you tell me where Velocity X is," Bella growled. 

"You'll have to catch me first," The female 'speedster' taunted and sped off, Bella smiled and flexed her clawed gloves, she zoomed right after Trajectory. Bella caught up to her in less than a blink of an eye and grabbed her, Bella plunged her claws into Trajectory's legs, she screamed in pain as Bella cuffed her and sped off to finish Mirror Master. When she sped back he was nowhere to be found, Bella huffed and looked around for a mirror.

"Listen to me Mirror Master, enjoy your payload for it will be your final days, I will hunt you down and scour this city, I shall find you, and when I do I will drag my claws over your throat, you will be begging for mercy and I shall not hear, you will DIE!" Bella yelled into the mirror, knowing that Mirror Master could hear her, Bella smashed all the mirrors in the bank and sped out to interrogate her prey. 

"Where is the Velocity X!?" Bella demanded as she lifted up Trajectory with one hand by the throat.

"It's in Mecury Labs, I swear! Please don't kill me!" Trajectory begged. Bella let out a laugh, but it was distorted, so it sounded like a deep purr. 

"Oh I won't kill you, I believe that the police are willing to take in a criminal who has killed more than 6 of them," Bella mused as she tossed her to the ground. Bella then sped her to the CCPD, where she found Joe waiting for her. 

"Thank you, Impulse, your dedication to this city really means a lot to us," Joe told her, he had the look in his eyes, a look of regret, he thought he raised a pretty little girl but instead he added gas to a roaring fire, turning Bella into a monster, Joe encouraged her to get revenge, he now saw that he was terribly mistaken. Bella simply nodded and sped away. 

Bella sped into her loft after going to mercury labs, she looked at the photo on the wall, it was of her and Wally, Bella never should have let him out of her sight that night. Zoom took the last bit of her sanity, the last bit that was holding her back from doing deplorable things. Bella pulled off her cowl and placed it down, she started to cry, she remembers watching Wally die. She sat on her bed as wiped her tears, she then pulled out a vial of Velocity X. She put a syringe on the vial and injected it into her arm, Bella sighed in satisfaction as her eyes turned pitch black, she smiled as the effects took over, she felt a pleasant high. Then she heard something come from the living room, a roaring breach opened, Bella saw the blue outline from the hallway, Bella's face hardened as her eyes darkened, her eyes were pitch black as she put on her cowl and sped to the living room.
