"I suppose I should return, if everyone is so concerned about my absence" Logan said calmly, lifting himself off of the white floor. "Awww but we were having so much fun!" Remus groaned sprawling across the floor like a toddler. Roman didn't say anything, he simply stood up and left towards the light wooden door that only made the bright white room brighter. "Why don't you visit tomorrow Remus? I would preferably invite you tonight however with current circumstances, I think it best not to" Logan offered, helping the Duke off of the floor. "Let's go book germ!" Roman impatiently demanded as he turned around, ushering Logan to leave. "Well, farewell Remus, today was... nice, I appreciated it" And with that final goodbye, Logan left the imagination, secretly hoping he would return another day.

"I know it isn't any of my business, but what were you doing with Remus in the imagination anyway?" Roman questioned, still irritated.
"We were just 'hanging out'" Logan answered, putting the vocabulary card back into his pocket. "Since when did you and my brother even hang out?" Roman even more wrathful.
"Roman I don't fully understand why you are so infuriated but I believe that it is unnecessary"
"If you had just told someone you were going out, the argument wouldn't have happened"
"Oh Roman stop trying to fault me for your actions" Logan retaliated.
"Bla bla bla, and you wonder why nobody listens to you!"
With that comment, Logan also grew silent, just as the others had done before. "I think you'll find that if no one listened to me Roman, none of you would have looked for me in the first place" Logan finally mentioned, calmly walking back to his room.

(Logan's POV)
Yes, I should have told someone I was going out, I kind of regret it now because I was meeting up with someone who characteristically is unpredictable and who knows what would have happened. It doesn't excuse Roman though, what he said was, from what I understand from living with Patton, morally wrong. It was oddly flattering that everyone was concerned, I was starting to think maybe no one did care about me. Maybe they still don't. Nevertheless, I objectively believed that the day had been better. I hadn't been in my room long when I heard a knock at my door, I calmly got up and opened it. It was Janus. With Patton. And Virgil. Janus and Virgil both wore 'fiery' expressions while Patton just looked concerned. "Good to see you are still in one piece Logan" Patton sarcastically contributed to the silence. I knew from the moment Patton finished that sentence that I was about to be completely and utterly-
"Speak for yourself Pat, honestly I wouldn't have minded if Remus had torn him to shreds" Virgil didn't mean that, did he? "I don't agree, seeing Logan alive and happy fills me with such unspeakable joy" Janus added. Why were they saying these things? Even Patton? He wouldn't, would he? Think logically here, Janus? Maybe but Virgil and I were close and Patton says he loves us more then daily, there's no explanation, there's no reason to why this is-

(Third POV)
"Logan!" Virgil snapped, simultaneously snapping his finger at his conscious-but-not-quite-conscious friend. "W-what" Logan stuttered, tears forming in his eyes. "Hey Kiddo, what's wrong?" Patton asked, pulling Logan into a hug, "Is it my fault? D-did I d-do something wrong" Logan chocked, stuttering frequently (Hey, Virgil here quickly adding a fact, when Logan is extremely anxious or upset he stutters)  "Logan what are you talking about? Did Roman get into your head again or something? Definitely not surprising at all" Janus somewhat affectionately remarked, rolling his eyes towards the royal red door. "You w-were s-s-saying things" Logan stated, releasing Patton. "Logan? What are you talking about? We came to check on you and you zoned out again" Patton confused as ever. "I don't think any of us have enough effort to cook, so how about we just have pizza?" Said Virgil suddenly changing the subject, knowing not to let Logan dive into what he and the others said in Logan's mind, being all to familiar with the feeling, him being anxiety and all.

Hours of awkward silence had gone by, they had all had their pizza, Roman ate in is room and since hadn't come out, Logan too had spent the remaining evening in his room. Janus and Patton had fallen asleep watching Megamind and Virgil was getting a glass of water from the kitchen, he knew it would be a while before he'd sleep, not that he minded, so he was just doing whatever kept him occupied. Virgil turned of the TV and left Patton and Janus asleep on the couch then returned to his room. Placing the glass of water on his nightstand and grabbing his headphones, he started to listen to his regular spotify playlists.

Hours went by and it was 2 maybe 3am. Virgil obviously still hadn't even thought about sleeping, song lyrics were still dancing in his mind. At least that is how it was until there was a dark shift, a silent shuffle in the corner of the room. Virgil tried to tell himself that it was just his mind but being who he was, couldn't shake the feeling that there was something or someone in his room. Breath becoming more and more hard to find, Virgil shakily walked to his light switch keeping an eye on the back corner of his room, and finally managing to flick the lights on.

(Janus' POV)
It was around 3am when I awoke with neck ache and Patton loosely snuggling with me, he was still asleep but I knew better than to leave him on the sofa to sleep, so I stood up without waking him up and gently picked my sleeping angel up bridal style, carrying him back to his room and laying him in on his bed, placing the covers around him. He was so peaceful, I loved him dearly. With everything happening with Logan and... Roman, I was thankful to have Patton in my life right now. Pat managed to see me more than just a snake in the grass. That's one thing I just couldn't lie about, how much I loved him, so kind and thoughtful. I just wished the others saw what Patton does, it isn't my fault though, is it?
