"Will you go out with me," Damon asked. I could tell he was nervous. But, I had thought about him ever since he showed me around Sacramento, too. Just something about a man with pokeball plugs. Mmm.
"Yes, Damon. I will go out with you." I heard Anthony gasp behind me and I knew he wasn't happy at all.
"A-Anthony, I'm really sorr-" I was cut off mid sentence by Anthony. He stood up and pushed past me and walked slowly outside towards his car. I turned, gave Damon a small smile, hugged him and went after Anthony.
"Anthony, Anthony come on! I'm really sorry," I said as I walked towards the passenger door. I tried opening it but it was locked. "Come on, please let me in." Anthony looked in my direction with a pouty look on his face and unlocked the door.
"Thanks. I'm really sorry Anthony but, I- I just think you deserve someone better."
"No, there's no one better than you."
"Oh come on! That's really funny, Anthony but look around you. There are girls staring at you everywhere... and we're at a Chinese restaurant! That doesn't happen to everyone!"
"Yeah, yeah! You're right. It's going to take me a while to get over you, though. Just, can we still be friends? It sounds so cliche, but I don't want to just stop talking to you, y'know?"

I woke up in a panic. Searching around the room quickly, I needed Anthony. My dream made me realize I really did like him. I didn't want to mess anything up with him. After a few seconds of scanning the room, I got up and walked around the house scrambling to find him.
"Anthony!" I sprinted at him and jumped on him, wrapping my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck, hugging him tightly.
"Uh, Bethany," Anthony giggled. I smiled. Oh that laugh. I removed my face from his shoulder and stared into his eyes for what felt like forever. Still clinging onto him, I closed my eyes, and leaned in slowly. I felt a chill run through my body as our lips touched and I knew he was special. I'd never felt that way before from something as small as a kiss.
Anthony pulled away. "I-I'm confused.." he said trying to hide a smile.
"I really like you, Antho-" Kammy and Ian burst into the room cheerfully.
"Whaddup guys? Today is a beautiful day for a double date," cried Ian. Bethany quickly let go of Anthony and slid to the ground, stepping a couple inches away from him.
"Haha, yeah," Anthony grinned down at Bethany but she didn't notice. She was blushing, embarrassed, staring down at the ground and rubbing the back of her neck. Anthony's smile faded and he stared back up, blankly, at Ian.
"Err, sorry dude...but uh, you guys wanna go?"
Anthony looked down at Bethany apologetically. She glanced up at him and gave him a small smile. "Sure. We'll go," she said to Ian.

An hour later, after everyone had finished getting ready, the group left to go on their date. Unanimously, they decided to go to the beach. It was a beautiful day in Sacramento. There were no clouds in the sky and it was a pleasant 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
After a long car ride, they arrived at the beach. Ian decided to wear blue swim trunks, well because blue is his favorite color of course. Anthony was wearing a random pair he had found that were black with flames on them. Bethany and Kammy were both wearing two-piece bikinis. Bethany's was dark blue with black trim, and lots of ruffled fabric on the bikini top. The bright orange swimsuit belonged to Kammy. Not only was it bright orange but it also had a unique giraffe pattern all over.
The sexy group got out of their ride and strutted onto the beach. They found the perfect spot to lay their towels out on and did so.
"C'mon, Ian! Let's go have an underwater tea party," Kammy screamed, pumping her arms up and down as her and Ian raced to the water.
Bethany laughed loudly at her best friend. She looked over toward Anthony and her laughter slowed down when she realized he'd been staring at her. A massive, delighted smile was plastered upon his face.
Bethany smiled sweetly back at the Mexican. "I-I never got to finish what I was trying to tell you earlier.."
"You don't need to finish it. I really like you, too, Bethany."
