"...Wait you and Justin. As in my friend the jock, Justin Foley? Good gracious ignatious, Hannie Bear." Adina joked as she and Hannah held each other at arms length on the Baker girls bed.

"Yes he was over but it wasn't like that, I swear. He stayed the night because of something with his moms boyfriend, but it was the sweetest and the most innocent thing ever. He was the perfect sleeping little Angel." Hannah said and Aj pouted her lip out in awe.

"You guys would be so cute! I don't know whether to ship Clannah or Jannah. Maybe you guys could be like at throuple or something." Adina half joked and Hannah hit her with a pillow, causing the small girl to fall over from the slight force and her laughter. Adina was not gonna fall alone so she grabbed Hannah and the girl yelped as she made impact with the ground.

The two giggled amongst themselves trying to catch their breath. Unbeknownst to Adina her hair moved out of its ponytail and when Hannah turned her head to the right she saw the greenish blue handprint on her neck. "Jesus Christ, Adina. What the hell happened to your neck?" The Baker girl said sitting up onto her knees.

Adina Jensen sat up moving her hair back over the left side of her neck. "I fell. It's nothing." She quickly lied.

"How do you fall and end up with a large handprint on your neck? Don't bullshit me. Come here," Hannah said standing up and helping the small girl up. "Is Monty doing this to you?" Hannah questioned. When Adina didn't say anything it gave Hannah all the answers she needed.

"We have to tell somebody. We need to tell Clay." Hannah said and Adina shook her head grabbing the phone Hannah picked up and pocketed it.

"You have to promise me you're not gonna say anything to anybody. Especially Clay. If you love me and you value our friendship you have to swear to secrecy you won't tell anyone."

"Aj. How are you? What are you doing here? Did you walk all the way over here?" Before her stood Zach Dempsey.

"Why the hell have you been avoiding me, Zach? What did I do? What did I not do? I'm sorry if I've been distant but now you're being distant from me. All of you are avoiding me, even Courtney fucking Crimson, the queen of all up in your business. Tell me what I've fucking done!" Her eyes were tearing up as she worked herself up again. She was pretty much over all the crying she had done, there was no way she should have had any tears left.

"Hey... hey, you haven't done anything wrong, okay." Zach pulled her into his arms, cradling her head to his torso. She was in clear distress and his heart was hurting at the pain they all were causing her. "We just thought you needed space and we're just trying to give you room to grieve. I didn't think you'd be this hurt, I'm sorry." He apologized as he held her and just let her cry into his hoodie

Clay watched as his younger twin ran down out the front door before taking the box and going up the stairs towards his sisters room, which was literally right across the hall from his own.

He turned the knob on her door before he entered her bedroom, immediately stopping and staring at that photo wall in front of him. Polaroid and regular printed pictures of all her/their friends littered the walls.

Justin, Zach, Monty, him, Jessica, Alex, her dance friends, her softball friends, their mom and dad were there a few times and surprisingly Ryan Shaver and Courtney were in two photos, even Bryce fucking Walker made cameos in the background of a lot of her pictures too.
He saw Jeff had his own section, and her. Hannah.

Clay shook his head to try and pull himself from his thoughts. He hadn't even noticed how close he got to the pictures. He couldn't escape the girl, even if she was gone, no matter how hard he had tried.
