Taehyung let his head fall against his desk with a frustrated groan once his class ended. He despised every class he had about business stuff he couldn’t even understand. And when he didn’t have a good night’s sleep, his mood was even worse.

After his talk with Jeongguk three days ago, he had sleepless nights as he couldn’t prevent his mind from overthinking his words once again. The younger wasn’t willing to help him understand him, so he had to do it himself. He didn’t know why he couldn’t just let it go, but for some reason, he truly couldn’t.

Except for contemplating their talk, Taehyung was still stuck on that scene he had to write, and no worth-keeping ideas came to his mind. It was so simple; he just had to write a scene where the one main character got jealous of the other because he caught him flirting with someone, even though they weren’t together.

Maybe he was so stuck because he was never the jealous type of guy. If he was insecure about something, he always came clean instead of being moody and not talking to the other. And he didn't usually get jealous if his crush flirted with someone because simply he knew they weren't together.

It wasn’t like he couldn’t write anything about it. He just wasn’t satisfied. And he knew the only way to be satisfied with his writing was to experience it or ask someone for help.

I wonder how Jeongguk would react. With this thought, he gathered his stuff and shoved them in his bag before he heaved himself to his feet.

Along his way to the cafeteria, he hoped with all his heart that Jeongguk would accept to help him, but he knew the chances were slim.

His internal praying was cut short as someone bashed into him just when he was about to enter the cafeteria.

“I’m so sorry. Are you okay?”

Taehyung groaned as he rubbed his aching forehead, which he wasn’t sure what exactly hit in the impact. When he peeked at the unfamiliar boy and saw him rub his jaw, his eyes lit up with worry. “Oh God, did I hit your jaw? I’m sorry.”

“I’m okay, don’t worry. Are you okay, though?”

“Yeah.”

“Good. I didn’t mean to hurt you.” The boy glanced away, awkward, something that baffled Taehyung enough to narrow his eyes on him. “I, um, I kind of did that on purpose.”

“Oh. I don’t know what to say about this.” Taehyung released a half laugh, his brows still furrowed, but a slight smile was etched on his lips.

“Don’t say anything because it was creepy enough.” He chuckled with a dismissive hand gesture. “Actually, I’ve been meaning to talk to you for a while, but I never found the courage.”

“Why do you need courage to talk to me?”

“Because you’re truly beautiful.”

“You are too. You don’t need courage to talk to me.”

“Well, why do I feel like I’m talking to a celebrity?”

His remark drew out a hearty giggle from Taehyung, and he tossed his head down, timid. “Nonsense. What’s your name?”

“I’m Juseong.”

“Taehyung.” He went for a handshake, and the other accepted it with a broad smile.

“It’s very nice to finally meet you, Taehyung,” he uttered, voice deeper than before and gaze holding something Taehyung couldn’t comprehend.

“It’s nice to meet you too. Well, I’m kind of hungry and my next class is in fifteen minutes so,” he trailed off as he offered him an apologetic smile.
