Y/N Y/L/N POV

I pushed Draco away from me and walked over to Astoria.

"Trouble in paradise?" She cooed.

"There is no paradise." I huffed and crossed my arms.

"Cheer up bestie. Oh, it's starting." She noted.

A spotlight started to shine on the empty stage placed disproportionately in the middle of the room. Suddenly, a deep voice began to play in our heads.

"Welcome. This is your last chance to leave. The game we are playing is dangerous and any consequences created are entirely your fault. After the next minute, everyone still here will be noted and the game will start." The voice began.

A few people began to leave and I kept my eyes on the exit. I wanted to leave too, but I felt paralyzed.

"You know you can leave right?" Draco whispered into my ears.

I jumped a little and my breath hitched.

"I-I'm not," I mumbled.

He grabbed my sweaty hands and intertwined our fingers. I kept my gaze away from him but let him. Draco chuckled and leaned down to kiss my cheek.

"It's ok to fall Y/n. I'll catch you." He cooed.

I blushed and kept my eyes busy. Sofia, Conner, and Lola left. Blaise, Lorenzo, and Theodore were in their little trio moment again. The Riddle brothers were glaring at everyone. They seem to have a thing for that. Astoria was talking to some boy. Probably flirting if you ask me. Everyone else was either chit-chatting or staring at the empty stage as if waiting for something to appear.

Suddenly, the exit door slammed shut and the voice appeared back inside of our heads.

"Times up my fellow Slytherins. Many of you will regret not leaving, but that's not my problem." It continued. "Now, for the rules. They are the same as last year. A few selected students at a time will receive a note with your task and the points you'll earn after completing said task. If you refuse to complete your task, you lose a point. If you end up with a negative point...there will be consequences. You should know by now if you talk a word about the game outside these walls, you will be immediately disqualified. Do not try to find me. This game has gone nine years with no exposure and big disturbances, let's make this the tenth. Good luck."

The spotlight turned off and the stage retracted itself. The exit door clicked open and slowly, little by little, people started to trickle out.

"Come on Y/n, let's go." Draco purred.

I felt the ability to walk again so I followed the group of people out of the room. There weren't a whole lot of Slytherins who stayed. I'd say the most would be about twenty. Draco and I met up with the group outside.

"I knew it! There is something going on between you two." Astoria squealed.

"What? What makes you say that?" I scoffed.

"Darling," Draco called over.

I looked back at him with a stern look on my face. He raised his eyebrows and looked down. I followed his gaze and realized we were still holding hands. Even worse, they were intertwined.

I quickly separated our hands as I couldn't help but blush. Both in embarrassment and lust. Draco chuckled and Astoria did her little victory dance.

"Gross. Come on. We have things to do." Mattheo gagged.

"Oh, come on little brother. Let them have their moment." Tom snared.

"Don't act like you don't care." Mattheo fought back.

"I don't. Don't we have things to do? Let's go." Tom sighed hurriedly.

"Aww, big bro's getting defensive all of a sudden." Mattheo teased.

Tom rolled his eyes and began to walk away. This wasn't anything new. The Riddle brothers made an unstoppable team, but their relationship wasn't the best.

"Are you all going to just stand there or are you coming?" Tom yelled from afar.

We started to move and walk back towards the Great Hall.

"Y/n, wait up." Draco cooed from behind.

I slowed my pace and waited for Draco to catch up.

"What's up Draco?" I started.

"Not much. Just wanted to talk." He answered.

"About?"

"Us."

I stopped in my tracks and so did he. I looked up into his eyes and shook my head 'no'.

"Please Y/n. We can't keep building this tension." He pleaded.

"What tension?" I asked, obviously playing dumb.

"Don't lie to yourself Y/n. You know exactly what I'm talking about." He let out.

I spared him one last look before turning around and continuing to catch up with our friends. I was not ready to have this conversation, especially not today. I knew it would happen someday, but I didn't expect it to be this soon.

"You're only delaying the inevitable." Draco let out.

"Good."

I continued the path back to the rest of the group when I got pulled into an empty classroom.

"AAHHH, what the fu-"

I didn't have time to finish my scream when I found myself being spun around and pinned against the wall. The scent of expensive cologne and light mint with green apples hovered above me and weakened my limbs.

I had scrunched my face and pressed my eyes together. I felt fingers lifting my chin up. I untangled my face but kept my eyes closed and enjoyed the feeling of hot mint breath fanning my face.

He was close. Too close even. But what did I care, this was all I've ever wanted deep down.

"Open your eyes, love." He whispered.

I peeked open my right eye first and then my left. I looked up to take in all of his features. His perfect skin, detailed eyes, long eyelashes, beautiful platinum blonde hair, and those soft lips.

"My dorm. After the beginning ceremony. I'm not holding back tonight." He cooed in his deep voice.

Draco turned on his smirk. He leaned in slowly and pressed a wet kiss on the corner of my lips. Teasing me. I smirked as I reached my hand up and cupped his cheek. We had never done what I was about to do before, but I couldn't let him win three times in a row.

We stared into each other's eyes as I quickly debated if this was still a good idea and if it was too late to abort mission. Oh, fuck it.

I smiled and leaned in and kissed his lips. Draco's hands quickly flew to my waist and pulled them closer to his body. Our lips moved in harmony as neither one of us wanted to stop.

Draco leaned onto me, deepening the kiss. He added his tongue but I refused to let him in. He tried for a while before getting impatient and slamming me against the wall behind us. The force caused me to gasp and Draco took that opening and went in.

We made out passionately as we explored each other's mouths and were getting hungrier and hungrier for the other every passing second.

"Oh, fuck the ceremony, I can't fucking wait anymore." He breathed, breaking the kiss.
