Y/N Y/L/N POV

What am I doing? I'm a wizard, she's just a muggle. Shit, the food I bought is still back in the muggle world.

"It's ok Y/n, you're a powerful witch. Just go back, get the food, and shop at a different store a continent away." I told myself.

I got a hold of my wand and mentally prepared myself.

Alright, this will be fine.

I closed my eyes and apparated outside the store. I was right next to Klaus's car. I could see him through the glass walls inside. He was walking around the place. The power was still out for some apparent reason.

Oh well, it was nice knowing him.

I went to my side of the car and pointed my wand at it.

"Alohomora" I cast.

The car's door clicked open and I opened it. I got my bag of food out and shut the door behind me. I looked up and saw Klaus coming towards me. Ok, time to apparate away again.

I turned around and realized there was a whole road of cars behind me.

Oh fuck.

"Y/n," He called out from behind me.

I turned around and Klaus stood right in front of me.

"How did you get here? I didn't see you pass me," He began.

"Oh, I just came out from the back." I made up.

"Makes sense. Weird that there was a power outage in there."

"Yea. I changed my mind about it and left after the lights went out." I continued.

Klaus nodded and looked down at my hands.

"How did you get those? Was my car unlocked?" He asked.

"Yes, it was unlocked. I'm sorry I opened it without your permission." I apologized.

"Oh, it's no biggie." He laughed off.

"Well, it was nice to meet you, but-," I started,

"Wait, you're leaving?" He questioned.

"Yes. I'm sorry, but I think I'd be better if I explore this part of the world myself." I put out.

Klaus just nodded and looked around awkwardly.

I started to walk off, not really having anything else to do.

"Wait," he called out.

I stopped and he walked up to me with a slip of paper. He handed it to me and it was just 10 digits of numbers.

"Just in case." He spoke.

"Um...ok. Bye." I ended and started to walk on the sidewalk.

I should get back to my original task. I imagine Tom and others will be at the hospital for some time.

I wandered back to the community shopping center.

I entered a random store.

I got a basket and started to browse. The place seemed nice. I found a section of 'pens' and 'markers'. I'll get Astoria that. There were also stickers. Aww, a perfect gift for Mattheo.

I grabbed 2 books of doll stickers. Too bad they didn't move like the ones in the wizarding world.

I got to a section of candles. This brings back good memories.

Wow, the smell is so weak compared to the ones from the wizarding world. I added a candle that smelled of mango to the basket.

I got Tom a new diary that I think is a much bigger and better improvement. I brought Blaise a DIY kit because I couldn't find anything else in the store.

I walked to the cash register and started to do what I did at Walmart. The lady checked all my items and I paid with the card just the way Klaus had taught me. I left with another bag of items.

I also bought a bigger bag to put all my small bags inside just to make it easier.

I still have to get Lola and Draco a gift.

Luckily, there was another store right next door. I walked right in and realized it was a clothing store. Well, I can probably find something here.

I walked around the place and arrived at the make-up aisle. I got Lola a full kit. That was actually really expensive compared to everyone else's. I paid and left.

You know, maybe I should just get Draco some weed. I don't know. I don't think he would like anything and I don't think he would appreciate anything from the muggle world.

He is a sweet tooth, I should just get him candy. Or a muggle drink. If only I knew where to find those things.

I walked into a toy shop hoping for a small possibility. Hey, what is this Draco look-a-like doing here?

I picked up a doll. A 'Ken' doll. Maybe I should also get him the Barbie one as well. And the car. And possibly the many other friends. You know, I think he would enjoy this.

I looked around the top shelves and found an entire box with everything inside. Bingo. I took the box down and brought it to pay for it. I also got a whole lot of wrapping paper on my way there. Christmas was near so they had the holiday styles.

We haven't made plans on how we would celebrate Christmas this year, but let this be an early Christmas gift. I'll get more serious ones later. And with my own money.

The Barbie box alone was extremely heavy so it was a miracle I even made it out of the store. Now all I need is a tiny area where I can apparate all of this back.

I made my way to the side of the store. It was almost really really dark and not many people were surrounding the area. I closed my eyes and apparated back to the hotel.

My arms immediately dropped everything and I ran to flop on a bed. My legs were a little sore from carrying all that weight.

After a few minutes of resting, I got bored and started to do my wrapping. I would leave each present at the foot of their bed once I was done. Then, I could go back to the hospital and check-up on them.

Last one. And...finished. I can't wait to see them again.
