Building to the big show

*5 days later. Friday morning*

Blake wakes up in his new bed, having moved all of his stuff in yesterday with the help of his band mates and father. Blake was flying down to Austin tomorrow to help Bayley load up all of her stuff, along with Mercedes, Leah (Carmella), Becky and Colby. Blake planned a big house warming party when they got there and offered to put them up in his spare rooms since it was a long trip from Austin.

Bayley was in Richmond for Smackdown but her brain was in Austin excited for her big move and the big step in her relationship. She woke up to a good morning text from her boyfriend that made her smile

Papi 🤘🎸: Good morning my love, can't wait for you to sleep next to me in OUR OWN HOUSE for a change. One last recording session to finish up the album today then it's complete and I'm all yours till Mania. I worked it out with my agent where my schedule is free except for some interviews so i can travel with you. Surprise! I love you

She sits up in bed and writes out a reply before going to the bathroom to shower for her workout

Babe 🤤🥰: Holy shit really?! Omg i can't believe it you have no idea how happy that makes me. Good luck finishing the album and be sure to watch Smackdown tonight, it's going to involve you 😉. I'm going to workout and get ready for the show. Love you too 😘

Blake reads the message as he is sitting outside the recording booth listening to what they have done so far and it's just as good as the hit song they have released. There are 2 songs left and they can easily knock them out today and let the engineers and producers finish the rest. One is a song he wrote for Bayley and the other is a duet type of song, but Ethan won't be handling this one

Blake: "Alright do you want to do the slower song first or last?"

Michael: "Lets do the love one first and get it out of the way. No one wants to hear you singing about her for too long "

Blake reaches over and punches his arm as everyone laughs but agrees to do that first and they walk into the recording booth and everyone gets set up as he gets his guitar ready.

Everyone looks at Blake and he nods and Trey counts down on his drums before they start playing

They finish the last note and look around at each other and the producer said it sounded great on his end

Ethan: "She will love it man. Those lyrics are great you have really come into your own as a song writer"

They break for lunch and when they come back they start to work and Blake hands out the lyric sheets for everyone and he smiles at Ethan as he hands the paper to a Michael

Michael: "Wait a minute these have lyrics on them?" He says looking confused "Did you give me Ethan's music?"

Blake: "No that's your music, we wanted to give you a shot at this"

Ethan: "Yeah and with our big paydays with Blinding lights and the WWE money we can afford to take the risk"

Everyone laughs and Michael looks down a little before speaking again

Michael: "This means a lot guys thank you. All of you". Everyone comes in for a group hug "Alright, alright too much, let's get this going"
