Chapter 6 - Move on?

Nene smiled proudly, knowing that she finally broke that bottle and let the ship sail.

"Aww, Darnell, did you see that? DID YOU SEE THAT?" Nene exclaimed as she grabbed Darnell's collar and shook him violently.

Darnell sighed, letting Nene do her thing. He is done with everything.

"Keith laughed at Pico's lame-ass joke!" She said, putting her hand on her lip as she felt butterflies. "That's so CUUUTE."

"Can't you do anything other than observe them?"

"Hey, continue to flap the smoke outside," Nene demanded. Her mood quickly shifting once he spoke.

"Okay..." He sighed, obeying her order.

Nene went between Pico and Keith, interrupting their conversation. She plastered this biggest smile on her face.

"Soooo, are you two gonna go out? Have a nice dinner, talk about feelings, kiss under the stars, go to Keith's home, take off your clothes, p-"

"Okay, stop," Pico interrupted, embarrassed.

"Yeah, we'll do that. But I have to say goodbye to Cherry properly tomorrow," Keith said. "So we can finally move on."

Nene's eyes lit up when he mentioned Cherry. "Oh my God, I miss her. Take me with you."

"Uhm... sure?" Keith said. "Pico, wanna tag along?" The blue-haired boy with blue balls asked. Pico agreed anyway.

They arrived at the venue Keith once stood proudly. He never realizes that he would be a great rapper or something. He won a great friend after all. Speaking of a friend...

"Hey, Cherry," Keith greeted and offered her a hug.

She turned around as her hair flows with the wind. Her eyes widen, smiling once she found what she was looking for. Cherry ran to him, accepting his hug.

"Oohhh, Keith! I'm getting so lonely without you." She said as she tightens the hug.

Keith struggled, notifying Cherry. She apologized right away, releasing him from her bare arms.

"I hope you don't mind. I brought Pico and Nene with me."

"Stupid Darnell didn't even come with us," Nene mumbled. "OH! Uh... Hi, Cherry. Nice to see you again, hehe," Nene said, shaking Cherry's hand.

"You too," Cherry greeted back with a smile.

"It's nice that your name is Cherry. It suits your personality," Nene complimented.

"Since Keith is not competing anymore, you should compete, Nene. I think Cherry would love that," Pico suggested with a smirk.

"AAAA SHUT UP, PICO," Nene slapped the back of Pico's head out of embarrassment.Cherry chuckled at their childishness.

"Well... I came here to say goodbye," Keith finally told her.

"I know... I'm afraid but... Also relieved. You're finally happy," Cherry said.

"But I'm happy when I was with you too. You're a great friend," he replied said.

"I know, but... Oh... Get out of here, Keith," Cherry gently pushed him.

Keith made a confused face on why she just did that.

"You're making things harder and complicated. Just get out here and... Forget about me. Just live your life with Pico and Nene, your friends. Get out of here before anybody reels you back in here," she said, running backstage.

"Cherry, wait!" He reached out to her but stopped by the guards.

"Oh... Don't worry, Keith," Nene comforted.

Keith looked at her and then at Cherry. He has mixed feelings. He felt like she just left, and something is unfinished.
