"W-will?" Y/n stuttered as she walked out from behind the curtain.

Wilbur turned to face her, unsure of what her reaction would be.

He was surprised when she ran up and hugged him.

She must not have heard the whole conversation, Wilbur thought.

Wilbur embraced her back, all his worries washing away.

"Will, who was that?" She whispered into his shirt.

Wilbur sighed, "That was Dream, my darling. Don't worry, I'll keep you safe." He smiled.

Y/n snuggled into his chest.

Wilbur pulled her as close as he could.

He started to slowly play with her hair.

"My love?" Wilbur whispered into her hair.

Y/n brought her face up to look at him.

"Yes, dear?"

"I will always protect you and love you..."

Y/ns mind started racing, sounds familiar...

Except for the other party had kept their promise, this one hadn't.

"...and I know you just got over Dream but..."

He got on one knee.

"Marry me?"

Y/n stood in total shock.

Then the gears started turning.

Finally my God please use your brain.

"Of course my love! But I must ask you something..."

Wilbur beamed, he picked the girl up and spun her around.

He quickly kissed her forehead, before putting her down again.

Wilbur finally settled down.

"Of course, dear! What do you need?"

"I want to write to Dream, to invite him to the wedding!"

Wilbur frowned at the notion of Dream at the wedding.

Then he remembered.

Dream loved her too.

Now he could really suffer.

Wilbur smiled and looked down to meet y/ns eyes.

"Certainly my dear!" He smirked.

Y/n smiled.

Operation Soot is a go.

What should she say? How should she say it?

I'm getting married as a ploy to see you and I hope you stop the wedding and marry me instead ahaha.
