We were back at the quidditch pitch. The band began to play and cheers erupted from the stands. Tears pooled in my eyes as I looked at Cedric's dead body.
He didn't deserve to die. It was all my fault. He shouldn't have been there in the first place. I was the one who told him to take the cup at the same time as me.
Fleur was the first person in the stands to notice Cedric. She let out a bone-chilling scream and the cheering and music died out in a second.

Murmuring filled the air and Dumbledore ran up to us. He tried to pull Florence and I off his body but we didn't budge. We couldn't leave him.
"No! No! No don't!" I yelled at Dumbledore.
"Cece wake up! Wake up please!" Florence cried out. "I told him he would be okay! I promised him!"
Fudge bent down next to us. "For gods sake Dumbledore! What happened?!"
"He's back! He's back!" I managed out. "V-voldemort's back. Cedric, he asked me to bring his body back. I couldn't leave him, not there." I sobbed out hysterically.

"It's alright you two. It's alright." Dumbledore said, as he pulled me away from Cedric's body. "He's home. All three of you are."
"Keep everybody in their seats!" Fudge commanded the professors. "A boy had just been killed. The body must be moved, Dumbledore. There are too many people."
I watched as it took three professors to tear Florence away from Cedric's side. I had never seen her like this before.
"No! No!" She cried. "Let me hug him! I promised I'd give him unlimited hugs if he won." She whispered.
Professor McGongall gently helped Florence away and comforted her.
"Cedric." She whimpered as the sunk into Professor McGongall's arms.
Hermione ran past a through a group of professors and immediately wrapped her arms around Florence as they both began sobbing.
The man from earlier ran up to Cedric. It was his father.
