I finished applying the last layer of clean bandages to Ron's arm.

"Remember to hold the bandages really tight." I reminded him.

"I will. Can we go now? I'm ready, and also starving." Ron whined.

We had been walking to a safe spot all night. It was now daylight and I fixed up Ron's arm, so now it's time for our plan.

I'm going to attempt to apparate us without hurting his arm more. Hermione told us that he still needs a few more days to heal, but those are days that we don't have.

I put my hand on Ron's good shoulder and thought of where I wanted to go. I felt the nauseating, spinning sensation fill my body.

I hit the hard, leafy ground with a thud. I opened my eyes and slowly sat up.

"Ron? Ron? Is your arm okay?" I asked as I hurried over to where he had landed.

"Yeah. Stings a bit, but it's fine." He answered as he slowly sat up and examined his surroundings. "We did it." He sighed in happy satisfaction.

"We did it!" I squealed with a smile on my face.

"I'm going to take it your happy?" He laughed.

"Of course I am! We actually apparated! Aren't you?!"

"Don't get me wrong, I am happy. Just can't really show it, splinched arm and all. But you can show happiness for the both of us, go on. Do something."

He laughed. "Bloody impressive. I'll accept that. So, gold medal olympic gymnast, where are we?"

"Paris, France."

"Paris?!" He repeated loudly. "You brought us to Paris?!"

"Well more specifically, my old house."

"Oh yeah, that makes it all make sense." He responded sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes and helped him up. "See over there?" I pointed to a large house. "That's where we're going."

"Blimey. That is your old house?" Ron asked in amazement.

"Mhm. I only stayed there for a short while. The place I stayed in most of the time is about two miles down the road. And.......it's Celeste's house."

"Celeste? As in Celeste Celeste?"

"Yes, as in the Celeste that slapped you."

Ron looked awkwardly around for a second. "Ah, that Celeste."

"When Lucius sent me to Beauxbatons to keep me away from Draco, he sent me here, to this house we're going to. But Celeste let me stay with her so I wasn't alone in a big house all by myself."
