𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝒑𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 ☁️ 𝙩𝙖𝙚𝙝𝙮𝙪𝙣𝙜

Ara woke up with a stinging pain on the back of her head. As she raised her hand to rub the source of the pain she noticed her surroundings. She was on a bed with dark black sheets that matched the overall color of the room that she was in. The walls were dark with gold detailing and some different art pieces were scattered all over the room each holding a different mood one more intense than the last. She noticed that there were bookshelves, a chandelier, and a gold door accenting the rest of the room. Ara also noticed that she was wearing something completely different than the last time she remembered being conscious she was wearing a thin dark blue dress, it had a think top layer on the skirt part of the dress and it had white glitter scattered all over it. As for the top part of the dress, it had silver detailing on the sleeves that covered her shoulders. Looking around some more and ignoring the pain on the back of her head she noticed there was another bed across from hers with someone occupying it as well. She carefully got out of the bed and walked hesitantly closer to the bed. As she did so she noticed that this person was wearing all black. The dim lighting of the room didn't help identify the person occupying the bed so Ara gave up for she didn't want to get to close and wake the person. So she just walked back to the be and wondered where she was and what time it was. There was no window so she had no idea what time of day it was.

Ara then got bored after a few minutes of staring at the paintings so she stood up and went to the bookshelves and found a few interesting books to read. She picked a dark green book that was rather thick and she took it back to the bed and began reading it. As she was reading, the golden door opened revealing a butler in a black tuxedo with his hair sleeked back and a serious look on his face enter with a silver platter and he set it on a smaller bookshelf in the center of the room. He was then followed by a few maids which carried baskets of toiletries and unknown objects. None of them said a word nor made a sound which confused Ara a little bit. They noticed that Ara had awoken and they each bowed and quickly set down the items and left locking the golden door as they did so. Ara paid no attention to the objects they had just left behind so she continued reading the book.

An hour had passed and Ara wasn't close to the halfway mark. She continued reading until she heard a noise from the other end of the room. She looked up and noticed the figure she had tried to identify earlier had began to stir in their bed. After a few moments they immediately shot up out of bed and groaned in response. The person looked around and immediately noticed Ara before getting out of bed and walked forward a few steps and into the light.

"prince Taehyung?" Ara asked in complete shock as she closed her book.

"your majesty?" he asked in disbelief the two were very surprised and yet relieved that the other was alive and well.

"what happened?" Ara asked earning a small 'uhm' from the prince before he explained.

"your majesty all I remember is that you were knocked out by maybe the person responsible for the event and that is about it." he explained looking up at the ceiling slightly remembering the past events.

"if you don't mind me asking prince Taehyung, do you know who did it?" Ara asked curiously earning a perplexed look from the prince.

"I do have to apologize your majesty I don't remember seeing the person's face." he apologized sincerely.

"It appears we are going to be here a while." Ara mentioned pointing to the items that the butler had left behind on the bookshelf.

"It appears so, you look lovely by the way your majesty." the prince complimented smiling slightly causing Ara to smile looking down at her dress.

"thank you your majesty, you look very handsome in that suit." Ara returned the compliment smiling earning an even bigger smile from the prince.

"you don't have to use the honorifics you can converse with me comfortably." the prince spoke warmly as he smiled a small smile.

"nice to see you're both awake." a voice chuckled making the two turn their heads to see a man with a face mask covering his entire face. "I apologize for the way you were brought here we just got a new spy and he isn't the best at what he does." he paused briefly before continuing. "you are safe here don't worry we had to remove you from the premises because the killer was still lurking around everywhere." he explained putting one hand on the door.

"if you don't mind me asking who's trying to kill me?" Ara asked taking a step forward trying to get an answer from the question that's been annoying her the entire time.

"your highness we aren't sure but the killer might know where you might be so we are going to have to relocate you two to a new place soon." he informed sighing in annoyance. "but again I apologize for kidnapping your highness' but it was supposed to happen. Until then, you must remain here." A maid walked in and stood by the doorway with a serious look on her face. The man still hadn't revealed his name which still roused some suspicion in Ara. He bowed and left with the maid following but before the door was closed a few sentences were said.

"I'll be surprised if they don't kiss by the time they're allowed to leave." the maid muttered with the man agreeing softly.

"Oh, and by the way, my name's J-Hope."
and then he left.
