"There you are your majesty, I was looking everywhere for you! Do you know how dangerous it is for you to be out this late?!" A frightened servant scolded the person who had just walked into the bedroom removing their hood showing their face to the servant.

"I told you to use my actual name too many times Miss Cho." The girl removed her hood and sighed out in relief at the heat in the castle as she walked in front of the already lit fireplace.

"Sorry... Ara-shi but you went back to the castle didn't you" The maid asked in disbelief, knowing that Ara had gone to the castle no matter how many times her parents had protested, and lectured her not to.

"Actually funny story, I ran into some people on my way back. It scared me half to death but thank goodness they didn't have me remove my hood or I would've been in real trouble." Ara laughed lightly walking into her closet and turned on the light, leaving the door open.

"You encountered... See this is why you shouldn't go outside what if you are discovered. I'm not going to bail you like last time." The maid scolded for what seemed like that millionth time, they both knew that Ara wasn't going to actually listen.

"I'm sure I'll be fine, I haven't been going that many times." Ara defended but she sounded scared herself as she walked out in a light purple dress and unbraided her hair, running her hands through it a few times.

"You can't go to bed yet, the king asked to see you a few hours ago." The maid protested earning a groan from Ara.

"Did someone rat me out?!" Ara whispered in a harsh tone.

"I don't think it's about that." Miss Cho vaguely responded leaving the room.

Ara walked down the long, quiet hallways scared of what was going to happen. Usually, at this hour her father was doing some business or was busy conversing with their advisors. She made it to the main room's doors and sighed before opening the door. All conversation was ended as soon as she opened the door. Looking around the room, she saw her two parents sitting in their chairs rather impatiently.

"Ara, it is about time you arrived." Her dad impatiently sighed out standing up.

"Ara, meet Kim Seokjin." Ara's mother pointed behind her. Turning around, she saw a tall man with his hair sleeked back making him look really attractive. He bowed and introduced himself.

"Mr. Kim here is in charge of the dance this year." Ara's father started earning a death glare from Ara.

"Please Appa not this again." (i sound like a koreaboo lmaoo) Ara protested earning a hand raise for her to be silent from her father.

"Ara, it is time for you to be serious about these things, plus we've already seen the lineup this year and you're going to love it." her father detested her from changing his mind from the choice he had already made.

...

Ara sighed out in frustration as she slammed her room door. The dance was a yearly thing that her parents held for people all over. It always seemed like an innocent thing until it started to become more intense with pressure for Ara to choose someone as her boyfriend.

"I can choose for myself and I don't need to take some snobby rich prince to be successful." Ara angrily stated before deciding to sleep the whole thing off.
