"Welcome Agent Red please come have a seat." Organa said gesturing to the chair in front of her.

"Good evening Madam President. I'm sorry it's late. I hope everything is okay. I don't understand why we are meeting." You were rambling not sure why this was even happening.

"It's fine. Call me Leia. I needed to talk to you about something."

"What would you like to talk about?" You said as you took a seat.

"We need to discuss my Son. Ben."

You felt a pit form in the bottom of your stomach and your chest tighten slightly. You acted like you didn't know anything, because you knew you were very careful not to leave any evidence of being compromised. That was only until Kylo called you out during the mission.

"Leia. I don't know what I can contribute. I didn't come to the agency till a year after Ben." you chose your words carefully.

"I know dear, but a mother knows her son. He has taken a special interest in you hasn't he?"

"If you want to say that. I think it's just regular agency rivalry. Trying to get under each other's skin."

"Yes it could be I guess. However, I did read Agent Gold's event report and she was very detailed on what Ren said to you today. He called you Angel?."

"Like I said agent rivalry" you leaned back in your chair to give off the persona of not having a worry in the world even though you were very concerned where this conversation was going.

"I see." she had one of those politician smiles sending a chill down your spine. "You know I met your father once."

"You did?", you tried to stay calm at the mention of your father swallowing the lump in your throat. "That's very interesting."

"It was many years ago. I was just a senator at the time and I was able to accompany an agent to gather the intel your father was providing. I was there to thank him for helping the republic."

"Yeah well look how that turned out." your eyes narrowed a little trying to read where this conversation was heading.

"I am very sorry. Your father was a very good man who did great things to help the Republic."

"Well things could have been prevented if the Republic didn't take their sweet time with relief efforts and reclaiming the territory." you said laced with undertones of anger and pain. You were getting confused about why she is bringing up your father if she was wanting to talk about Ben.

"Well there were many things going on at the time. I do regret our efforts on Lothal. I know you experienced too much physically and emotionally. I am sorry." she gave you that look only mothers have. The one where she was able to see and recognize your deep pain without even saying a word.

"Madame President. Thank you but it's late and I shouldn't keep you." You were about to get up needing to get the hell out of there. This conversation was getting too close to home for you.

"Agent Red. Please. I have a new assignment or you."

You asked hesitantly, "what is it?"

"I want you to get close to my son. Get information from him to help bring the First Order down. Maybe even bring him back."
