Annabeth

"Hey guys, where have you been?" Percy asked as we neared the van,

"Long story," I whispered to him. He grinned at me and planted a soft kiss on my lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and Thalia made a retching noise. We broke apart to see everyone staring at us. I blushed tomato red, 

"Why is everyone always staring at us when we kiss?" I mumbled as got into the van,

"Thanks for picking us up, Argus," I said as we climbed in the back. Argus nodded but didn't say anything - per usual. The ride home was awkward - for me at least - as Thalia told Percy what had happened. I pursed my lips as Percy looked at me. I gave him a nervous smile and he laughed. I blinked,

"You're not mad at me?" I asked,

"Why would I be mad at you?" He inquired. I frowned,

"I don't know," I admitted,

"Really? A wise girl doesn't know?" He joked,

"I may have just beaten someone up, but I'll still squash you," I threatened,

"I'll get in on that," Thalia piped up. We carried on talking and laughing until we reached Percy's apartment. Connor, Travis and Katie had come with us, even though they weren't staying with us,

"Hey mum!" Percy called as we walked into the apartment. Everyone walked over to the couch and flopped down onto it. Thalia switched on the T.V,

"Umm... Percy? Why is finding Nemo on loop on your T.V?" She asked. Sally laughed as she came out with a plate of blue cookies and set them down on the table,

"He never turns that thing off," She told us. Everyone laughed and Percy blushed a deep red, making everyone laugh even more. At around five o'clock, Katie said that they had to leave. Connor and Travis pouted but she dug her heel in.

"Thanks for having us, Sally," Katie called.

"Ow! Katie, why'd you slap me? Oh! Thanks Sally!" We heard Travis call. I laughed. Just then, I felt something land on my shirt. I looked down and realised that it was some blue batter. Slowly I looked up at Percy. He was staring at me with wide eyes. He gulped.

Thalia

Watching those two is all the comedy that I need. I don't know if I prefer watching them fall in love, be in love or fight. Hmm... hard choice.

Annabeth was laughing at the Stolls when Percy threw the batter. I think that he was aiming for me, since I had been teasing him, but I ducked and Annabeth got it instead. She looked at Percy and there was fire in her eyes. He gulped audibly,

"Sorry?" He said it more like a question than anything else. Slowly, Annabeth rose from her chair. That's when he got the message and began to run for his life, while the rest of us burst out laughing. They were so happy together... for now.

Sorry that this is short, but it set up for the next chapter, and also I needed something to post since I've been MIA... Sorry! I'm hopefully going to post the next chapter tonight, but I might be a day or too late on that statement... Oops.
