It was only a silent morning, but in all honesty, the silence was enough to throw you off. Something felt wrong, and it looks like you weren't the only one who noticed.

"What is it Yuta?" Panda suddenly asked, taking notice of Yuta's stare on the distant blue sky. You were just warming your hands in unease, the feeling of something wrong making your heart beat unnecessarily fast.

"I just had a bad feeling..." Yuta said.

"Just your imagination." Both Maki and Panda responded. "Okaka!"

"Eh come on guys..." Yuta followed after them.

"I mean, Yuta's curse power perception is basically monkey level." Panda reasoned, to which Maki nodded. "Of course he'd be dull with something like Rika at his side all the time." "Tuna."

But even you still had that unshakable feeling that made you think, maybe something really is off.

Squinting your eyes, you see a huge bird up nearing you, making you grace a defensive stance, the hold on your katana tightening.

"How unusual," Maki stated, the four of them nearing where you were to check out the fuzz as well. "Looks like Yuta's hunch was right."

"You don't look authorized to be here," Maki stated, holding her naginata in defense as well.

"I haven't seen a curse that big," Panda remarked, putting on his knuckle brace.

"Sujiko."

"What a big bird..." Yuta merely looked in awe.

"This place sure hasn't changed." A man with half of his hair tied in a bun wearing a baggy kimono said, looking around.

"Geto-sama, are we really in Tokyo? This place reeks of the countryside." A girl in a bun with bangs hugging her forehead commented, peeking out of the bird's mouth while another short-haired girl jumped out. "Nanako, that's rude."

"Eh? Mimiko, you think so too right?" The girl in a bun asked another man who guided her down the huge bird's mouth. "Geez get down already!"

"Hm? Who are those guys?" The short and black-haired girl asked, pointing towards all of you.

"A panda! So cute!" the girl in a bun brought out her phone, taking pictures of Panda.

"No, who are you guys? Yuta-san won't forgive any intruders you know!" Panda said, pointing to Yuta. "Konbu."

You puffed your cheeks a little under your scarf, making yourself smile a little despite the serious atmosphere around you.

"Eh?!"

"Just leave already before Yuta-san here beats you guys up!" Maki scolded, her eyes glaring as she looked at the intruders.

"EH?!"

"Nice to meet you, Okkotsu-kun. I'm Geto Suguru." In the span of a blink, Geto Suguru was holding Yuta's hand, shaking it in fellowship.

"He's incredibly fast!"

"Eh? Nice to meet you." Yuta replied hesitantly, shaking Geto's hand back.

"[l/n]-san! Nice to meet you too. Geto Suguru, if you don't already know." he gave you a wink, shaking both your hands with distance uncomfortably close.

After, he got both of your shoulders and wrapped his arms around you and Yuta, making you feel even more uneasy and awkward.

"The two of you possess truly wonderful powers. I believe that great powers should be used for great purposes. Do you not have any doubts about the current world? A world where jujutsu sorcerers work secretly to protect commoners. You see, I want to correct the contradiction of the strong having to adapt to the weak. It's so wretched!"
