The next morning as you and Porrim where walking down the hallways, you could hear people around you whisper and giggle as you walked past. You felt bad for Porrim who was getting weird looks from her own friends just because she was walking with you. Your head was hung so low you didn't even notice when you bumped into the one person you were trying to avoid. "Watc)( it Vantas!" A female voice hissed. You looked up to find a very pissed off Meenah Piexes. She gave you an evil grin and twirled one of her long, brown braids. "A little fis)(y told me you had a date wit)( t)(e new kid last nig)(t! You cried and cried and cried. You hated Meenah. You hated Aranea. But most of all, you hated Cronus. How dare he intrude on your private life. How dare he say that you were different. Yeah okay maybe you were different, but not in a good way! Just then, you heard someone come into the bathroom. "Kankri??? Are you in here??? I savw you running and I just vwanna make sure your okay..." a familiar voice called. Your blood began to boil under your skin. Speak of the devil. You felt a low growl from deep in your throat. It was time to settle this shit once and for all. You burst out of the stall and glared at Cronus. "Yo I heard vwhat happened. I am so sor-" SLAP!!! You felt your hand hit his cheek. He covered his eyes and began to cry. Your own tears slowed. Was he trying to make you feel bad??? "I'm so sorry... You were sitting alone in your usual spot by the window and you ate in silence. you noticed people putting up posters for Prom.
