I rolled over onto my side with a groan before opening my eyes to see the clock on my nightstand. 12:51 pm. I sat up and slowly made my way into the kitchen where I saw a sleepy Nikolai drinking coffee at the island in the kitchen.

"Good afternoon." I said sleepily and hugged him from behind.

"Afternoon." He yawned patting my arm with his other hand.

I let go and fixed a cup of coffee before taking a seat beside him.

"How'd you sleep?" I asked him.

"Awful. You left your phone in here and someone's been blowing it up." He pointed to my phone sitting in the coffee table.

"Sorry Niko." I said getting up and walking over to the table to get my phone.

I unlocked my phone and saw that I had a few texts from the guys. I sat down beside Niko again and began reading them.

Fab: Just checking on you. You didn't look so hot.

Great Fab. You sure know how to talk to women. I thought to myself. I read the next

Fab: Not like that. You always look good. I mean you looked upset about something.... Was it me?

Fab: Call me

I went on to the next text from Julian.

Jules: Niko never came back and he isn't answering his phone. Do you know where he is?

"Hey Niko, I think you should call Jules. He's worried because you didn't come back last night." I said and he nodded pulling out his phone.

As he did so, I walked back into my room to shower and get dressed. When I got out, I decided to answer Fab's texts. I really didn't feel in the mood to talk to him at the moment. I just answered his first text with 'I'm fine.' and walked into the living room.

"Niko,why don't we go get something to eat?" I suggested remembering that I didn't have anything to eat.

"Yeah, wanna see if the guys want to come?" He asked me cautiously remembering our conversation last night.

"Yeah it's cool. I'll call Nick and Albert and I guess you call Jules and... Fab." 

"Hey look," Niko said grabbing my shoulders, "I want you to forget about that and have fun okay?"

I nodded and smiled.

"Good." He said hugging me.

After he cleaned up a bit, we went to IHop to meet up with the guys.

"Hey guys!" I said as I took a seat the last seat beside Fab.

"Bout time you two try to make some sort of contact with us. Jules and Fab's been freaking out." Nick said.

"Well we were sleeping." I retorted.

"Oh really?" Nick asked wiggling his eyebrow.

"Yeah, Nick. We totally fucked last night." I replied sarcastically.

"What? I thought we had a thing!" Albert joked.

"I'm sorry, love. Niko just blew me away with his French." 

After we ordered our food, we continued cracking jokes until the food came. Although Fab was right next to me all was good. But not too long after, it was time to leave. I got up from the table and bid everyone a good bye but Fab insisted that he walked me home. So here we are awkwardly sitting on my couch in silence.

"Y/n what's up with you?" he asked finally.

"Nothing is wrong." I lied looking down and he sighed heavily.

"There you go again. One minute it's like you want nothing to do with me and the next thing you know you begin to flirt back. When are you going to realize that I really do like you?" He asked frustratedly.

"You do?" I asked surprised and couldn't help the goofy smile on my face.

He chuckled at my expression and leaned in.

"Yes, I want you to be my girl." He said with his lips slightly touching mine.

"I'd love that." I said before he closed the gap between us.
