Arabella took in her appearance in the full length mirror of the bathroom. She was wearing an off the shoulder black dress, with spaghetti straps, that was just a couple inches above her knees.
The dress was simple, yet classy. And definitely a pleasant change, from the usual full length ball gowns that her mother would force her to wear in the palace."Omg, You look, amazing!" Tina complimented Arabella as she stepped out of the bathroom, and into the hallway.
"Thanks." Arabella gives a genuine smile "You know, I don't really like wearing dresses, but this one is most definitely a keeper"
Tina nods in agreement "I'll say. This dress was certainly made just for you."
"And I know someone who won't be able to take their eyes off of you" Tina smirks, mischievously.
Arabella's face grew hot after hearing the woman's words. She knew exactly who the woman had been referring to. It was obviously, Spencer. Unless, there had been some other teenaged boy in this house, that she didn't know about.
Now she fully understood, why Tina was asking her all those questions. Could it be because Spencer liked her?
No, he couldn't have. Arabella thinks, clearing the thoughts from her head. While he did openly flirt with her, They barely knew anything about each other.
Plus, there was also the fact that her identity wasn't even real. So if he did like her, then he was falling for a lie.
"Wow," Spencer spoke aloud, gaining the attention of the two females as he entered the hallway.
"You look stunning, princess" He continues as he approaches the two. His gaze taking in every inch of Arabella's outfit, appreciatively.
Arabella felt a blush creeping up her neck under Spencer's penetrating gaze. "You're just saying that" She tells him, looking away.
Her heart was racing. She had never fell this way before. Spencer had only complimented her, but yet her heart fluttered for some unknown reason.
"I mean it. You look beautiful" Spencer says, softly.
Arabella gazes up at him, offering a shy smile "Thank you" she says, finally meet his eyes.
"Looks like, my work here is done." Tina cleared her throat, interrupting the mini staring contest between the two.
"Tina, you're still here?" Spencer says to the woman. Earning him a disapproving glare.
