"Mark, it's CiX." Renjun blurted the moment he managed to drag the older man to a secluded corner.
Mark, with dark bags under his glasses, never had a chance to get a proper sleep, and a meal just ended up blank and unresponsive. Brain processing as he understood what the frantic former hacker just said.
"Mark, didn't you hear me? I said it's—"
"CiX," he mumbled and scratched his head. "Wait, where did I hear that again?"
"Pearl, give me patience." Renjun breathed out while throwing his head back, snapping back with a dark gaze.
"I swear if you didn't rem-"
"Oh my gosh," Mark gasped. "The community."
"What now?"
"Renjun, it was CiX whom we last fought, remember?" he started, and the younger nodded. "It was founded by Hana's parents."
"They what now!"

"Hi"
Hana, fully engrossed in the movie playing on her phone, reluctantly looked up and knitted brows when she saw an unfamiliar student.
"Uh yeah? Do we know each other?"
The guy broke out in a low chuckle and shook his head. "You don't, but I do."
Hana's brows just knitted further, and she took her earpods out, put her phone down on the table, and scanned the male up and down.
"And what am I supposed to do?"
His bright smile changed to a cheeky one, and he put his arms down on the wooden furniture while leaning his weight on it.
Their eyes fought in dominance for a moment—Hana, much intrigued by his sudden presence and bravery.
"It looks like you know me well." she grinned and leaned to the backrest.
"Oh, I do...pretty enough." he sported a challenging smirk and bent closer, faces away for only a ruler.
"Who are you?" Hana lowly said.
"No rush, princess. You'll know me soon enough." he then winked and walked away.
Just like that.
Hana scoffed a laugh, and her eyes trailed on him. She also saw Mark rounding on the corner and got curious why the two greeted each other.
Mark knew him.
"Hey, what's up?" the said male quizzically looked at her. "Why do you look so..."
"Who is he?"
"Who?"
"You met along the way."
Mark slumped on the seat in front of her while settling his bag on the table, his face brightening when he understood who.
"Bae Jinyoung? He's almost all in my class."
"He knows me."
"Oh, of course he would; you and the girls seemed famous."
"No, Mark, he knows me."
Mark's confusion only grew, flashing a lost expression, to which the girl groaned.
"He knew much about me. It only hinted that he knew who I was."
"You're actually suspecting him right now?" Mark's brow raised in a challenging manner.
"Goodness, I will track him if I have to. He just approached me and said nonsense. He knows me, but I definitely don't know him. I'm betting we'll be meeting sooner in the field."
"Keep your voice down; you're in the library." Jeno's hushed voice suddenly came in, and several faces followed almost immediately.
"What's up?" Chenle giddily asked while taking a seat.
"The sky?" and Jisung just has to answer, then the duo is at it again.
"Never mind them. What's the fuss?" Donghyuck asked while placing an arm around his sleepy soulmate.
"I don't even know," Mark sighed. "But Hana here is suspecting someone that I have also doubted ever since."
"Yeah? Who?" Aeri joined while craning her head to see their leader clearly.
"Bae Jinyoung," Hana mumbled and told about what happened, then watched the bunch's faces turn lost. "I don't know, okay? I'm going to check his background later." she sighed.
"Well, if he's looking serious and all, maybe he really knew you in the field." Chenle said.
"True. He won't just approach you and say those things without context." Jeno shrugged.
"Are you okay, though? You seemed stressed." Yeoreum pouted, and Hana just curtly nodded.
"And what about you, mister Na? Why are you so quiet?" Naih asked, and the attention immediately shifted to the said guy.
Jaemin just looked at them with a sly smile and pointed at himself and said, "Sexy."
And the others just groaned and let him be.
Meanwhile, when Mark was continuously comforting the girl, Renjun just sat there. Seriously quiet while his brain recalled many things.
Renjun always appears to be rude and straightforward in everything. He is highly dependable when it comes to retention and memory, but that skill slowly faded because of what he went through two years ago.
But he's not that dismissive and forgetful when he caught the name of Bae Jinyoung.
He swore he saw it on the list of CiX's lineup last night.
