I knew nothing beyond the border of my seeing. Beyond the border of my small village. My dim, dark planet.

All I knew were the crops, my uncle, the dark sky, and the stories I was told... and the nameless gravestones.

I would pretend I remember my parents, but the truth is just remembered remembering. All I knew is that their death was tragic and that they loved me. I would visit their graves, but I would always find myself visiting the nameless ones more.

"Do you think they're lonely? Since none of their friends visit them." I wondered as a small child looking up at my uncle, with the wind blowing throw my black hair. It was as if I was translucent to the dark sky with my red eyes as the only light to show I was there.

"I think they are happy that you are here to be their friend." My Uncle looked down at me laughing, ruffling my hair. I giggled as a few strands of hair came down curtaining my face. My hair was tangled without care, as one does in their youth.

We were alone in dark field with dead grass and tombstones. A small house that was ours could be seen in the distance. Dark shades of blue and grey painted the sky, the moons that orbited our planet danced along the sky, the sun being left way behind.

My uncle them took my hand leading me home. I waved goodbye to the piece of rock, but for some reason they meant so much more to me. Every night after talking to parents rocks I would go and leave flowers at the others. For some reason found myself talking to the nameless rocks more, than the ones of my parents. I would wonder out loud asking what they were like. I asked questions unfazed by the silence, and tell stories.

I had an unknown connection or obsession with these nameless graves, but no one ever stopped me to go visit them.

As I became older and my innocence slowly was stripped, I realized the sad truth to the nameless graves and why more were made. People where sent off, but only deformed bodies were brought back. That's when I made a promise to myself...

I would never be a nameless grave stone.

I would have a name a friends to be brought back too.

Instead of having tangled unkept hair, I wore it in a lose braid. I would work with my uncle on our plantation that provide for us, and other people of the village a days walk away.

At one point I remember a speed bike coming down a lot. It was my uncles friend, he no lays somewhere among the nameless dead faces.

It was a normal day when the dark sky was torn with red flashing lights. The ground shook as huge air crafts landed, and machines came running out.

"Tauriel...run." My uncles face was stone cold. His hand raised blocking me from walking forward.

"Lgno what's going on?" I grabbed his sleeve trying to get his attention.

"Run." He spoke with urgency, but it was the last thing he said. A flash of red light hit his back and his face went blank.

"Lgno?" I was pulled out of my denial when he hit the ground, and a red light flash by my face.

There was so much I wanted to say to him, to tell him I loved him. To pull him close hug him, and write his name on a grave.

But the a sound of an explosion went of and fire chanced over to us.

I did what he said and I ran.

I ran and let him become a nameless face.

A nameless grave.

I ran, my head screaming for me to go back and get him, but my legs kept moving. I could fell the heat of the fire against my back catching up to me.

As I ran down the endless fields, as they become destroyed behind me, I saw a man in the distance.

My eyes widened in hope as a ran to met him he laughed.

"I guess you really wanted to live."

He moved two fingers forward, and a droid fired a blue circular light. It sent a wave off pain I've never felt before down my body, then I was encaged by darkness.

When I awoke I was in box like white room with other people. Everyone was a different species, and it scared me. I've never met someone out of the border of my small little world back home.

They all seemed to by as young as 5 to some as old as 19. There were cried and murmurs all around the room. Some spoke in languages I've never heard of.

But no one else seemed to be a Chiss like me.

"You over there." I turned to see a Voe Atell's girl around 17. Her skin was a river a green with purple eyes. She was holding crying children and ushered me over.

"Are you okay?" She asked in a sweet tone.

I nodded me head yes, before anything else could be said a voice was projected through a speaker.

"The rules are simple; you live, you live. If you die you die. Good luck to you all."

With that the ground below us began to shake the it slowly started to fall into a fire down below. All that could be heard were the terrified cries of the people falling to their death, and tears of children wanting their parents.
