Oliver's POV

Great Hall

I couldn't sleep well last night. I dreamt about myself breaking up with Y/n. I remember the words I said to her. My words hurt her. I remember seeing her tears. I remember Isabella setting me. Isabella kissed me in front of Y/n. Myself being under a love potion. I tried to tell Y/n that I love her. Instead, I ended up saying that I love Isabella to Y/n.

"You look awful, Wood," I looked up at Diggory who interrupted my thoughts.

"Diggory" I am confused as to why he is talking to me. He and I haven't spoken to each other ever since Y/n left three years ago.

"You seem surprised to see me?" He raised a brow

"Yeah, I am. Unless, you are here to threaten like the Slytherins to stay away from Y/n. But I will stay away from her unless she doesn't want me away," I said to him.

Diggory chuckled," We Hufflepuffs have great loyalty to our friend. We are willing to protect them. But I am not here to threaten you, Oliver. I am here to talk about your situation about Y/n," Diggory said as I am glad to not see another threatening state.

"Spill," I said to him before I took a sip of my pumpkin juice

"Clearly, you still have feelings for Y/n. I don't mean as friends. You want her to forgive you and hope she will love you again. Because you still love her. Am I right?" I didn't respond to him. He smiled at me knowing that he is correct.

"You are not denying it. Good, you shouldn't," he advised

"Why are you telling me this Diggory?
Don't you love her?" I asked. I am not even sure if he has a crush on Y/n.

He chuckled," I love her as my sister. Y/n is my most amazing best friend." Hearing that made me relieved.

"Deep down, Y/n loves you. She may avoid you and acts like you aren't around. It's because she is avoiding her true feelings towards you. She loves you, Oliver. I know she does. She just needs time to realize that" it makes me feel better hearing it from him. After, Cedric has been Y/n's best friend for many years. He knows her better than I do.

"Does she know that Isabella planted me a love potion that night?" I asked as he nodded

"She does. I am surprised Y/n has gotten her revenge on Isabella," Diggory said looking at Isabella making fun of younger students.

"It's also my fault for falling into her trap. Kissing her caused Y/n to be at the hospital wing," I said feeling guilty and blame. Once Todd told me, I wanted nothing more than to apologize to her.

Flashback to December 15, 1988

"Out of my way Flint" I tried to shove past him.

"No way Wood, you caused her to be there. You hurt her. And I am going to hurt you back."

"Let me see her, Flint"

He pushed me to the wall and punched my face. My eyebrow bled. I was angry as he prevented me from seeing her.

We began to punch each other starting a fight. A crowd soon formed watching us fight. Flint and I were nearly equally matched by strength. But he was a bit tougher than me.

"Fight!"

"Fight!"

"Fight!"

Then, we were pulled back. I felt Todd, Percy, George, and Fred holding me back. While Warrington, Montague, Pucey, and Bletchley tried holding back Flint.
