Y/n POV

Dream

"Dad! Dad!" I ran down the steps.

"Woah! Slow down Princess," my dad said as I rushed down the steps.

"Can I ride your broom? Damon said I can't because I am short. Elijah said I can't because I will get hurt," I look down as I wanted to ride my father's broom.

I notice the man standing near the fireplace. He wore a dark robe. His hood covered his face. Very mysterious. I just had realize my dad had company.

"Y/n, not right..." my dad was interrupted by the man.

"It's alright, Gabriel. We can discuss it later. Let me speak to her," the man said.

"Yes, my lord. Do you wish to speak to her in private?" My dad asked.

"Yes, come, my child," the man gestured for me to sit on his lap. I did. I looked back to my dad who already left.

"Who are you?" I asked trying to look at his face. But I couldn't see his face, it was a blur.

"Let's say I work with your father" he responded

"Let's say I work with your father" he responded

"Are you his boss?" I asked

"Yes, I am his boss," he said.

"My birthday is coming up. So, can you not keep him busy?" I asked Dad's boss. I heard him chuckle.

"Y/n, what would you like for your birthday?" He asked me.

"I want my very own broom. Oh, and many many Chocolate frogs," I said as the man laughed at the last part.

"Are chocolate frogs your favorite candy?" He asked as I nodded," Yes, there very yummy"

"Just like Elizabeth" I heard him mutter.

"I have a mommy name Elizabeth. But she died. Dad said she is up there," I pointed to the ceiling.

"Your mother is not dead," he said as I confused looked at him.

"Mommy is alive. Where is she? I want to see her" I miss my mom. I always wanted a mom.

"She is under a deep sleep, somewhere. I will find your mother and bring her to you," he promised

"I miss mommy. Everyone else has a mommy. I don't. Damon and Elijah remember her. I don't," I made an upset expression.

He changes the subject," Anything else you want for your birthday?" He asked

"I want a snake. But dad says no. He is afraid of snakes," I whispered to dad's boss.

"You aren't afraid of snakes?" He asked

I shook my head, "No"

"I have many snakes at my home," he said
