After school session is over at 2.30 p.m. at (every) Friday (which is quite shocking considering on how Bash Street School still never bother to even change their time table for addressing their issue with their infamously long school sessions), the pupils are cheering and rushing happily out from the school gates to have some fun with their friends or even sometimes their own. Only Walter and Bertie, the resident teacher's pets and snobby rich kids of Class 3C, walked as if they were like students of Japanese schools, orderly and void of any emotion as they try to maintain their dignity.

All while Miss Kwan sighed and clutched her head when Ms. Creecher called upon her to mark the student's Mathematics pop quiz papers that she somehow gave them to answer and finish during 1:15 p.m. , all while she is sitting in her cubicle in the teacher's office.

Great, Miss Kwan thought to herself, as she got back to the work that Ms. Creecher walked and with a hunched back to fetch some paper clips and even her favourite cup of tea. But as she was halfway marking, she asked a fellow teacher for help while raising her hand and waving it. But to her subtle surprise, it was none other than her old friend back in university, Maya Mistry herself.

"Didn't knew you were here", she said, as Mistry started to noticed her.

"*Gasp*! Oh my, really?!" Mistry said as she turn to see that particular old friend who knew her.

"Absolutely!"

"I'm Bernice Kwan. Nice to meet you."

"I'm Maya Mistry, good to know that we're teaching at the same school! That's so totally awesome!"

The two are overjoyed and squealed. And then they noticed Ms. Creecher returning to the teacher's office and went back to their seats in the cubicle anyway, with Miss Kwan back to marking the pop quiz papers and Miss Mistry idly sitting in her seat, sipping a mangosteen and lemon mix juice from a water bottle that she made herself yesterday.

6.40 p.m.

It's been 3 hours and 10 minutes since Miss Kwan has been assigned by Ms. Creecher A LOT to do a lot of task that every teacher in the teacher's office was always demanded to do. And even she couldn't handle it for how long and stressful it felt. She went back to her flat, which was her real home ever since she moved to Beanotown. She was slightly burned out and went back to her bed that was in her room that was in one of the lower floors of the flat.

And then her smartphone vibrated and rang with her favourite song, 'Low' from the band One Eye Closed as its ringtone. She then picked up the call and realised that she was calling Miss Mistry and they chatted along on each other's smartphones for a few hours. Which later improved Miss Kwan's mood a little.

However, Miss Kwan felt a little bit bored from being cooped up in her flat for an extensive period of time, which is her primary comfort zone in physical form.

SO she planned on going outside a little bit more during tomorrow, which is Saturday.

The next day

It was the happiest moment for all of the children in Beanotown for every Saturday, with no limit for having fun(except if it's Walter's case) and for one great moment in their life, according to Dennis, which is to hang out, play pranks, games and some other stuff that he and his friends can enjoy, away from the soul sucking boredom that only Walter thinks is beneficial for anyone.

And Miss Kwan decided on the right time to go outside... all alone in the Beanotown park. All she can recall is how she's not as social as her sister in spite of being an introvert leaning ambivert herself. And that was until she heard children happily cheering and going "Yahoo!!!" and "Yeah!" while riding on skateboards, bicycles and other wheeled extreme sports-oriented vehicles, which has her turning her head to see four children who are in the class that she is teaching actually pulling off some extreme stunts on a vert ramp. With Dennis on his skateboard, Rubi on her sports model wheelchair that she is always seen using, J.J. on her BMX bicycle, and Pieface on his kick scooter, while his dog, who he named Gnasher happily watches. She was a bit surprised to see that she might end up encountering four of her students even if they are all not at school and started to shout "Hi guys! How's it going?" to them while simultaneously waving her right hand.

"Totally Blam,...Miss Kwan is that you?" Dennis replied, but he was a bit surprised to also see Miss Kwan being in the Beanotown park where him and his friends are pulling off some extreme stunts and tricks at the vert ramp and also hang out in his current Secret Den, which is literary a metal plated structure that he gave a 'menacing' makeover for an awesome hangout that suits every trouble making, freedom craving, and fun loving child's needs and dreams.

"Yes it is. And also I would really like to join in, my work as a teacher has been killing me and my poor backbone!" Miss Kwan said as she got up from the park bench that she is sitting on and groaned. She's used to having to accept her fate in taking part of stressful studies during high school and getting backaches in her younger years, and this time that backache is as painful as the one that she received when she was a teenager.

"Cheer up Miss Kwan, at least that ache's going to be forgotten by you once you tried out some extreme sports!" Dennis said, happily giving him her skateboard and giving J.J.'s helmet to her to wear as Miss Kwan decides to forget worries over her own safety and and give their fun activity a go anyway.

Which then has her getting pushed off to skate over the vert ramp by J.J. while she screams due to her being nervous and slightly doubting if this is fun at first.

"WOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!"

"Don't worry Miss Kwan, do your best trick that you can pull off!" Dennis cheered on happily for her as she continues screaming off her lungs.

And like any first timer who thought Tony Hawk is the best stunt puller on skateboarding ever, she decided to improvise and pull off a simple spin,... which unfortunately failed because she crashed into the textured concrete floor near and under the vert ramp anyway.

"Ooof!" Dennis said as he winced slightly over Miss Kwan accidentally injuring herself. "Sorry Miss!"

"Don't worry Dennis... I may have almost accidentally hurt myself seriously but I'm not going to be mad at you because I don't want you to... except that I accidentally almost bruised myself."

"Well that might've turned out disappointing, but at least you've earned your stripes Miss! You were actually trying your best there! Kudos for being actually okay with me bringing Gnasher to school", Dennis said as he reached a hand for Miss Kwan to get up.

"Eh, I'm not really that strict, unlike Ms. 'BOOMER' Creecher", Miss Kwan said as she got up with Dennis' help.

"Alright guys, Dinmakers band practice is tomorrow afternoon! Who's with me?"

"We are!" the three of Dennis' friends cheered, as they raised their hands up in joy and enthusiasm.

They all went home and said goodbye to each other at 7.00 p.m. , including Miss Kwan herself who safely retired to her apartment and treated her bruises that she accidentally inflicted onto herself with the ointment that she brought along with her.

And all she knew was some mixed feelings over that mischievous kid and his friends and their antics as she thought over what happened when they are having some literal fun in the park.
