Stiles went missing for 3 months and came back. Stiles is Thomas. Minho is Kira's brother and Newt was presumed dead.
Thomas knew he is alive, Newt, the one he loves.
When Stiles realizes that he can't sleep, be goes crazy. So when Scott tells him to take a sick day he goes to the hospital and gets Melissa to help him. But when she gives him a sedative he says one thing before falling asleep: "Thanks Newt" Melissa was shocked. She never heard this name before, but the way Stiles said it told her that it was someone special. She knew that Newt was coming for some reason.
