I walked back to class slowly with Dumbledore. We arrived at the door, I pushed it open and saw Professor Lupin, he smiled immediately

Dumbledore - Forgive Miss Mcgonagall's lateness Professor, she was with me

Lupin - Of course, welcome welcome Rose lovely to see you again

I took a seat next to Hermione. She smiled eagerly as I sat down.

Rose - what are we doing?

I whispered in Hermione's ear

Hermione - We're learning about boggarts, he's going to do a demonstration again in a minute

The huge wardrobe that was vaguely familiar stood in the front of the class. We ahh stood up and formed a line in front of the wardrobe. I saw Maia and Draco rush to the back, which I thought was odd, they usually were at the front for the demonstrations. I quickly ran to be besides Maia, I had to know.

Rose - Maia, why are you and at the back?

I looked at her confused, I didn't understand what she was saying. Like listing off parents was explaining them not wanting to be at the front of the queue. I was still looking confused, when she whispered in my ear

Maia - We're death eaters, Rose

My eyes widened. Sweet innocent Maia. Was a death eater

She pulled up her robe and there is was. It was moving and looked like it wanted to escape her arm. I was horrified.

I eventually ended up at the front of the queue. I remember exactly what my boggart was, it was a spider, same as Ron's. I planned to just put rollerskates on it and be done.

The boggart began moving, but it didn't take the form of a spider, it was Severus. He was there standing in front of me. A few confused sounds were made from the back of the room. I stood frozen. It opened it's mouth to speak

Severus - You stupid little girl, you mean nothing to me

I had to think of something, this could ruin mine and Severus' entire relationship, I stood frozen. Unable to move. Lupin looked at me then back at the boggart, then back to me. Come on Rose, Think, Think. Then I remembered

Rose - Ridikulus!

I rose my wand and Severus was back to wearing Neville's grandmas clothes, just as he had been in first year. There was an eruption of laughter and I began walking to the back of the room, nobody seemed to notice, they were too busy laughing at what was happening at the front of the room. I took a deep breath out, nobody noticed I repeated in my head.

A few hours past, I went to Herbology, then to Divination. It was quite an easy day. I felt sick the whole day knowing what was going to happen tonight. I couldn't take my mind off it.

The clock chimed 6pm, I met Severus outside of the room of requirement as agreed. The death eaters and a very pale looking Draco emerged from the room

Bellatrix - What the hell is Mcgonagall doing here Severus?

Severus - She's with me Bellatrix

We began walking to the astronomy tower. Bellatrix was skipping and yelling loudly

Bellatrix - Severus has got a girlfriend, Severus has got a girlfriend

I could see him not listening. I squeezed his hand in a sort of, I'm here, it's going to be okay sort of way. Draco walked beside me. He towered over me, I looked up at him. He looked scary, not like himself. I was feeling brave for some reason, I felt this was a responsibility. I also felt, like somehow, it would go wrong.

Draco began his ascent to the Astronomy Tower. We were to wait at the bottom of the stairs. We heard Dumbledore talking and began climbing the stairs. I could see the knowing ness in Dumbledore's eyes. He knew what was going to happen. Draco lowered his wand as Severus stepped forward
