chapter 22

you and emily walked off the jet, you had been out of town on a case for 2 weeks and all you wanted to do was curl up on the couch with a good movie and your girlfriend. as you and the team all walked into the bullpen to get your stuff and leave assuming hotch wasn't gonna make you do any paperwork

"im heading to joes for a drink and some pretty ladies, anyone up to come" derek asked the team

"of course lover" garcia said, walking out of the bat cave

"sounds fun!" emily said smiling and looking at me

you put on a smile and nodded

"well be there" you said

after about 15 minutes, you, emily and the rest of the team headed to their cars, some heading straight to the bar and some to their houses to get ready, you and emily being some of the people going home, you were hardly dressed to go out

pulling up to the apartment emily parked the car and walked over to your side to help you out, you smiled and grabbed her hand as you headed up to your apartment

you both headed to the closet to grab something more bar appropriate

emily grabbed a black off the shoulder dress, she wore it on a case once when she was undercover at a club, you found a tight forest green silk dress with a slit up the leg, and some strappy black heels, as you were finishing your makeup you let out a hug yawn

"darling, if your tired we can stay home, im sure the team wouldn't mind" emily said walking behind you and wrapping her hands around your waist

"ill be okay my love, i could use a drink regardless" you said laughing and turning your head to kiss her

"good, cause you look far to good right now, we wouldnt want that to go to waste" she said flipping you around and pushing you against the counter, kissing you passionately , and slowly moving down your neck leaving small marks all the way down

she finially pulled away and you turned to face the mirror again

"prentiss, swear to god" you said staring at all the hickies she had just left "im gonna kill you woman"

"relax, theyre a good look on you, plus now people will know you taken" she said pulling you in by the necklace she had given you on your birthday and kissing you lightly once more

soon you were both ready and on your way to the club

you were doing your usual admiring emily as she drove and she was doing her usual acting like she didnt notice your stares

the drive was quick and comfortable, true you would rather be home with emily but honestly you liked to see her get dressed up, knowing she was all yours

you arrived shortly after the rest of the team, and headed straight to the bar ordering you and emily a drink, for her a vodka soda, and for you some fruity drink. as you were heading towards the team, drinks in hand, you saw a guy walking towards you, he was muscular, blonde, blue eyes the typical chad, the type to assume women would just throw themselves at him, and they probably did, but not your gay ass.

"hey baby, i couldn't help but notice you were all alone at the bar, want some company?" he said to you

you weren't in the mood to play games with him

"hi! so i think you failed to notice that im holding not one but 2 drinks, and if you look right in front of me im heading over to my team, my team of fbi agents, and more specifically my godess of a girlfriend over there" you said motioning to emily "so, hate to break it to you but im gay, gayest of the gay, lesbianic if you will, so if you'll excuse me im gonna go see my girlfriend, good luck finding someone else to hit on" you finished smiling and heading over to the team, he sat there dumbfounded

you handed emily her drink and smiled, realizing that the entire team had just heard what you said, and were all hysterically laughing, even hotch

"damn, y/l/n" derek said in between laughs

emily kissed you and laughed

"gayest of the gay? is that right?" emily said

"only for you my love, only for you" you said smiling

"is that so?" she said kissing you again

"get a room you two" derek said

"can it morgan" jj said "let them be"

jj was in fact staring at the two of you kissing, and enjoying it at that, you and emily both quickly noticed that and smiled, emily throwing her a subtle wink

"who wants to dance?" penelope said breaking the silence

"ooh me!" you said grabbing emily's hand and dragging her out of the booth

jj stood up and followed the group of ladies heading to the dance floor

you all danced to the booming club music, emily paying special attention to watching you, walking over and grabbing you by the hips and pulling you closer to dance with her, garcia had headed back to the bar to get a drink and to get morgan to dance with her, jj was dancing alone, and descretely watching emily and you

"hey im gonna go pee" jj said to you two

"ill come too, the drinks are starting to catch up to me" emily said following jj

"well i dont want a repeat of earlier... lead the way" you all walked into the bathroom, emily and jj heading to the stalls, you hopped up onto the counter, your heels were killing you

jj finished up and walked out to wash her hands

"you know, the way youve been looking at us hasnt gone unnoticed" you said quietly

"hmm? what do you mean" she asked shyly

"oh you know what she means jayge" emily said walking out

"yall are losing it" jj said laughing

emily walked up to jj and brought her lips next to her ear

"are we jj?" a shiver ran through jjs spine "are w now?" emily said kissing her neck

jj let out a small moan and you laughed

"i dont think were the ones losing it" you said walking towards the pair

"i think id like to use my birthday present now" you said quietly

"i think that would be a good idea" emily said pulling away from jj and smiling

"what do you think jj?" emily asked

"sounds... great" she said smiling
