Syria landed hard on the ground.

She had only been falling for a few minutes.

Once she was on the ground, she doubled over in pain.

Her foot felt like someone was stabbing it from the inside out, and her ankle bone was popped out at a strange angle.

She set Andrew and their belongings down on the cold floor.

What had been destroying their machine?

Her question was answered once she looked behind her.

Behind her, she saw a green dragon with six legs, along with seven ears, and two heads, with faces that were almost human.

Syria screamed. That horrifying creature was the cause of everything.

Syria wasn't sure if she could fight it alone.

She walked over to Andrew, and started putting pressure on his chest.

The first hit: "Andrew wake up!"
Second hit: "Do you WANT TO BE EATEN BY A HORROR MOVIE THING?!"
Third hit: "Andrew I swear if you don't wake up now we are going to die!"

It wasn't working. She was going to have to give him CPR.

She knew how to give CPR since she helped the lifeguards at her neighborhood's pool. It was essential to know in life anyway.

But she really didn't want to do this.

She opened his mouth, and pressed her mouth to his, breathing air into him. When she came back up, he immediately started coughing up water.

Red-faced, she said, "finally, now we can kill this monster thing!"

Once he got a steady breathing pattern, he said, "thanks for saving me."
"No problem." She replied growing redder and redder in the face. But he could barely see it. It was so dark in there.

She fiddled for two weapons in the bag.

"Here." She said as she gave him a sword and shield.

She got herself a knife with a shield.

"C'mon... Let's kill the beast..." She said, reciting one of her favorite Disney villain lines.

They both ran towards the monster, that was trying to eat their machine. She noticed the machine was much bigger on the inside.

"Hey!" Syria screamed trying to get the monster's attention. Surely it would hear her with at least one of their seven ears! And it did.

It jerked its heads towards the tiny, jumping, human that was waving her arms frantically.

"Hey! Don't you want to eat us?! We're MUCH more tastier!"
"I can't believe you just said that." Andrew whispered in her ear.
"Neither can I." She replied quickly.

The monster set the machine aside, and slithered towards them.

It hissed at them, baring its large fangs.

Syria gulped. She was going to have to be brave. She charged at the monster, screaming her head off.
