Ever since that day, they met each other every day and night at that same spot for months, and as the leaves of the tree withered away the sooner their hearts merged into one.
Pierce grew protective of Amihan and Amihan, well let's just say that Pierce means a lot to her. And it is not just as a friend.
It's more than that.
The longer they were together, the closer they got. They have learned a lot about each other.
It turns out that they were both having problems. Amihan has been bullied in school ever since middle school. And sometimes the kids just go too far. Pierce has family problems.
Apparently, his father and mother aren't together. His mother was a prostitute. His dad couldn't have a baby with his own wife so his dad found his mom and now here he is.
The two of them learned how to open up to each other. It even led to the point where they made a promise to each other.
A promise that will surely last.
