The next day was Saturday and my boss gave me the day off, so I ironically I decided to go back to the saloon. In the very back there's a seat that supplies direct view of the Sheriffs station.
I purchased a notebook specifically for the notes I took on the sheriff. I sat there writing down every detail about every single thing he did. I spent the whole day doing that and I had filled four pages front and back.
The next day I also had off because of church, except I am not particularly Christian so I didn't go I just did the same thing. I sat there for most of the morning noting down everything he did. I assumed Louis was off chasing theories about him and at Midday (12:00pm) I put a note under his door instructing him to meet me at my special table in the saloon so we could compare notes and see what exactly we had figured out together. My table was a four person square table in the corner of the room I sat along the wall and there was a large window with drapes to my right. To my left were more tables.
The warm sun shown through the window, it was a windy day so I thought of bringing a shawl but I decided not to due to my sunny spot in the saloon.
Louis walked in and ordered a coffee for my table.
He walked over with a satchel on his shoulder and sat down enthusiastically placing the satchel on the table in front of all my notes.
"I found something!" He said holding back an exited smile.

"Me too" I added nodding my head.

"Mine's better" Louis said smiling

"Maybe so" I said calmly nodding my head.

"What's wrong with you?" He asked confused

"What do you mean?"

"Usually you argue with me until your cute little face gets mad, why aren't you arguing"

"Good thing your pretty" I said taking a sip of my tea

"There she is"

"What?" I said squinting

"There's the girl I know, being mean for no particular reason"

"I don't like you" I said giggling

"You love me" he said chuckling.

"What did you find?" I asked soon after I noticed Whitey walk in and start talking to Mr. Raymond.

"Get this, before I started working for you I noticed that Friedman left every-" I interrupted him.

"Who's Friedman?" I asked confused

"Friedman is the Sheriff's real name, did you think his name was "The Sheriff"?"

"Shut up!" I said playfully as Whitey looked over at us. We both laughed.

"Anyway, I noticed Friedman leave every Thursday to go to a nearby town you might have heard of, it's called Creed."

"I know it"

Louis went on "So he's going to Creed, why you ask? Well, yesterday on his lunch break he headed there and I followed him. He went to a house on the outskirts of Creed and inside was a woman about Friedman's age, and he put an envelope of one dollar bills on her doorstep when she opened the door she had a son with her. Guess who he had striking similarities to..."
