                               Still Draco's POV
I woke up swaddled in the clean white sheets of the cot.
I yawned opening my eyes and looking down to my arm.
It was wrapped in a crepe bandage that only went to my wrist.
I moved my pale fingers a bit hearing them crack.
I jolted at the feeling.
I really don't understand why I had to stay the night it's just a cut, maybe she didn't want it to get infected or anything.
I sat up slightly, still cuddled in the warm covers of the cot.
I looked to my side to see the girl in the cot next to me, her long golden hair pulled back tightly into a nice bun.
She was sleeping letting out puffs of air making her lips slightly part.

I sighed looking around the room hoping to find Madam Pomfrey so I could ask her if I could leave.
But she seemed to be gone.
So I sighed throwing the covers off me and moving so my bare feet were hovering over the ground.
I looked at my dress shoes just right there beside them.
I stood up.
The cold floor absorbing its bitterness into my feet.
Even if I was tired and felt as tho I was levitating I had to get to quidditch practice.
I stuck my feet into my shoes instantly walking out.
Glimpsing at the girl in the cot snuggling around her bed.

I figured she was Katie Mack a 5th year girl Blaise had a thing for a few years back.
I scurried out of the wring before flying down the lit halls.
The fires of the torches dancing.
It almost looked as tho they were laughing.
They're flams bursting and moving frantically.
I looked over to my watch lifting up my wrist.
It was 7:00.
Practice starts at 8:30.

I got to get a shower and get dressed as quick as possible so I could eat breakfast.
I picked up my pace my heart thumping as I did so.
Practically running down the halls I nearly tripped over a big brown almost furry thing.
I gasped trying to catch my breath.
My body in shock and terror.
I looked down to the ground in front of me to see two big narrowed red eyes starring right into my soul.
Watching it's tail flick back and forth before meowing at me.
"You have almost stepped on my cat"
A harsh groggy hiss stung my ears from the corner of the hall.
Looking up at the disgruntled filch.
scowling at me with his sharp nose and tangled hair.

He bent over and picked up mrs Norris.
"Watch your step or next time I may just have to cut off your foot"
"Sorry sir"
I gulped watching him stumble away making angry motions and noises.
I took a deep breath in from my nose feeling the air fill my lungs and leave in a huff.
I began to speed walk again turning corners and trying as fast as possible to get to the dungeons.
Watching the brick walls fly and sore from the corner of my eyes.
Hearing the clicks of the shoes my mother got me for my last birthday.
Listening to my heavy breathing flying out of my lungs as I ran down the long halls.
Hopefully I don't end up stepping on some furry creature again at the speed I'm going.
———————————————————————————
The hot rushing water dipped down my body.
Making my abs glisten and biceps shiny.
Running my fingers through my hair roughly.
I turned off the faucet feeling the water glide off my body and gently fall on the floor of the shower.
Making light dribbling noises that soothed my ears.
I yawned before opening the glass shower doors.
I was tired.
I don't want to make a foul out of myself at practice.

I dried my wet body off before throwing on my quidditch uniform.
Gripping tightly on to my old leather quidditch bag.
I flung open my door and walked out.
Lifting up my chin with more confidence as I walked past several groups of girls hearing them slightly squill or point.
Trying to hide my fatigue as I smirk at people and  sway my arms extra hard.
Walking as fast as I can from the tiredness that fills my body.
Like a heavy weighted blanket getting set on my shoulders to carry around and drag on me with every harsh step, stinging my shoulder blades and scratching at my skin.
My eyes droopy with purple bags swelling underneath them trying to hide my thoughts or emotions being kept inside me making my mind go foggy.
