(Yesterday all the first rounds got over. Today we will be having the 2v2 battles. Our battling gang, Ash, Misty, Iris, Brock, Barry, Clemont, Paul, Calem, Gary, Sawyer, Alain were in the 2nd round. However, Goh, Chloe and Cilan didn't get qualified. Now It is going to be Ash vs Brock.)
The host: Ladies and Gentlemen! Today, We will have the second rounds today. It will be the 2v2 battles. But remember Trainers, If you lose the battle, you will get disqualified. This will be same rule from now on.
Barry: So there's no other chance to battle again if we lose.....
Misty: Yeah, we gotta do our best!
Ash: You're right Misty.....
Brock: Hey...No matter who will win....But we will always be best friends right?
Gary: Yeah.. Brock! What came into your head?
Brock: Nothing....
Ash: Yes, We will be Brock!
Brock: Thanks..
Misty: The battles will begin soon, guys...... Good luck!
Ash: Good luck to y'all too!
Gary: All the best!
Brock: Best of luck to y'all to.!
The host: The first battle will be between......... Ash Ketchum and Brock Takeshi!
Ash: Well, Let's do our best out there, Brock!
Brock: Yes!1
(They head out of the entrance.)
The Referee: This is 2V2 battle between Ash Ketchum from Pallet town vs Brock Takeshi from Pewter city. Substitutions are allowed. Trainers, take out your pokemon and let the battle begin!
Brock: Geodude, Let's go!
Ash: Sceptile, I choose you!
The host: Brock has chosen a Geodude and Ash has chosen Sceptile!
Ash: You can have the first attack, Brock.
Brock: Okay, Ash.... Geodude, Use Rock throw!
(Geodude used Rock throw on Sceptile.)
Ash: Dodge it and use Leaf blade!
(Sceptile dodges the attack and its right arm starts turning green and he sprints towards Geodude. It is a critical hit. Geodude falls to the ground.)
Brock: Geodude! Are you okay? Can you still battle?
Geodude: Geo.....Geodude!
(Geodude gets up.)
Brock: Okay, then Use tackle.
Ash: Use bullet seed to slow him down!
(Sceptile shoots small green seeds towards Geodude, But unfortunately he dodges all of them. Geodude hits him as he was unable to dodge the attack.)
Ash: Arrrgghhh.... you are strong
Brock: We trained hard for this, Ash.
Ash: Well, Let's show them what we all got, Sceptile! Use Aerial Ace!
Sceptile: Scep! (Oh Hell yeah!)
(Sceptile runs fast towards Geodude.)
Brock: Use Defense Curl.
(Geodude keeps his hands in front of him and gets ready to defend. Sceptile hits him and due to external force, they both get thrown back.)
Brock: Geodude, Use Dig!
(Geodude digs a tunnel underground enough for him to go through.)
Ash: Use Earthquake to get him out!
(Sceptile uses earthquake. The grounds starts shaking. Due to this, The ground starts to crack open and eventually geodude and his tunnel were revealed.)
Ash: Now, Use Bullet seed.
(As Geodude is stuck between one of the cracks, he was unable to move. As a result, The seeds hit him. He falls down, fainted.)
Brock: Geodude, Return.. You did great!
Referee: Geodude is unable to battle that means Sceptile wins. Brock Takeshi? Please send out your next pokemon.
(Brock returns Geodude in his pokeball.)
Brock: Steelix, Let's go!
The host: Brock has chosen steelix. What will Ash do? Will he still keep on going with Sceptile?
Ash: Sceptile, Can you still go on?
Sceptile: Scep Sceptile!
Ash: Okay, Then use Energy Ball!
(Sceptile makes a green and white ball and throws it towards Steelix.)
Brock: Use Stone edge to block it off!
(Steelix makes several stones to come up from the ground. The energy balll attack hts one of the huge stone and gets destroyed.)
Brock: Now Use Bind!
Ash: Jump up high!
(Steelix sprints towards Sceptile who jumped high in the sky.)
Ash: Now Use Mega kick!
(Sceptile comes down and landing on Steelix's head. Before landing, His right leg turns white and he kicks Steelix on his head.)
Steelix: Steel.....
(Steelix falls down and tries to gets up... but fails and falls fainted.)
Referee: Steelix is unable to battle that means Sceptile wins. Ash Ketchum from Pallet town wins!
The host: That was an a-m-a-z-i-n-g baattle. Ash Ketchum defeated Brock with only one pokemon. Unbelievable! Ash Ketchum proceeds to the third round!
Brock: You did well, Steelix. Return!
Ash: Hey, That was the best battle I ever had.
Brock: mhm. I wish you good luck, Ash. From now on, I will be cheering you on!
Ash: Thanks!
(They both shake hands.)
Serena: That was an amazing battle!
Dawn: Yeah, It sure was.
(The day gets over with Ash, Misty, Calem, Gary, Alain, Sawyer, Iris and Paul winning.)
