Me and Hannibal hurried into Jack's office and for the entire way here, I just wanted to trip him or something. Hannibal opened up the door for me and I entered without saying thank you. Will was standing with his arms crossed and Jack was sat at his desk, with his hands clasped together.
"So, what's up?" I asked the two of them. Jack pulled out a file and threw photos out onto his desk. I hesitantly walked over and picked a photo up. It was the man that had the baby, that I temporarily named Arthur.
"The baby's mother wasnt right in here" Jack pointed to his brain and then continued with his speech.
"She escaped her asylum last week, she probably wanted her baby back but he said no. There's no CCTV to prove this but either way, she's still out there. And she still wants her baby" Jack exclaimed to me and Hannibal.
"Well, the baby can't be safe in old people's care. I can take him" I offered. Will glanced into my direction and Hannibal put his hand on my shoulder but I pushed his hand away.
"That could be a good idea. It could be like shifts, Jack. I take the baby every 2 days, as does Hannibal and Grace" suggested Will. I nodded my head in agreement but Hannibal added something else onto the already perfect plan.
"Maybe Alana takes the baby instead of Grace" Hannibal just had to say. I swung my head round at him and my jaw dropped slightly, yet he didn't react. He just stood there, stone cold like he always is.
"I can look after a child, I have before" I reminded him.
"Then it's settled, let's just talk to the grandparents first. Remember to tell them this is temporary" Jack Told us all as he packed up the photos back Into the files. So now we know that The Chesapeake ripper didn't kill the father, and I feel I know who the Chesapeake ripper is. Too early to tell yet, sure this dinner will solve it all.

I viewed the decor the old couple had chosen. Vintage wallpaper, pastel yellow colours, comfy couches, old TV and pictures of people in the past posted up.
"You have a beautiful home" I smiled to the old woman - Maria - she returned a quick smile then sipped on her tea. I listened in on the footsteps - Will - coming closer to the living room and Will opened up the door.
"He was my son" Maria suddenly said. I slowly glanced down at her and her hand was slightly shaking so Will calmly took her tea off her and placed it down on the coffee table.
"I know he died protecting his child, even if it wasn't from that witch of a woman" she scowled. Family issues, they didn't get along. That would be another drive for the wife to do this.
"What was his wife like?" Will calmly asked her, slowly sitting down beside her and putting a hand behind her back. I noticed Maria playing with her hands before she spoke.
"She was never alright, diagnosed with different things as she grew up. She took it too far once, attacked my boy with a knife" she started to tear a little and was interrupted by faded baby noises and multiple footsteps. Jack and Hannibal entered the room and I quickly stood up seeing Arthur. He was just how I remembered Him, only different pyjamas.
"He's called Oscar" Maria smiled through her sniffles and I stumbled to the baby. Hannibal was holding the baby and he was asleep on his chest, hiccuping in his sleep. He was so pure, so innocent. Just like Arthur. I looked at how Arthur rested his head on Hannibal's shoulder and mushed his face a little, making him a little cuter.
"He'll be safe" I promised Maria, glancing her way. She used a tissue for her nose and nodded her head.
"Me and my husband are too old for babies anyway, so once this is over... he'll be going to someone else, maybe to my other child" she considered to us.

Hannibal was in another room with Oscar - even though Will is taking Oscar home first - as I was looking at two corpse's with Jack, Will and Beverly. One was the father - Richard - and the other was Grentz. I was a little annoyed that I killed him so quickly, I could've got so much more info out of him if I didn't let my anger take over.
"So, they weren't by the same killers?" Jack asked Beverly. She shook her head at him and opened her mouth to exclaimed why but Will beat her to it.
"They had different motives" Will told us all. I quickly wiped my smirk away as I tried to act clueless.
"So, which ripper killed Grentz?" Jack asked the team. They all exchanged looks at each other then shrugged their shoulders so I said why.
"Maybe the Baltimore ripper, no organs were taken. They used guns, I feel like this Chesapeake ripper doesn't believe in guns" I suggested to them all. Jack smiled at me, impressed with my work and I gave him a smile back.
