Graces POV

Dr. Chilton tapped his cane on the floor as I stood beside Abel Gideon's cage. He still looked a little pale and I found that slightly amusing. Will stood beside me while Hannibal and Jack were still in Chilton's office. And yes, Hannibal tried to object staying in there but lost his debate.
"Recovering alright, Gideon?" I asked him, with a smile on my face, knowing he cannot tell the truth until he has valid evidence or others find out who I am.
"Tremendously" he said back to me, sarcastically.
"Mr. Gideon, you killed five people while you were out of my care. A blade was found on you, that was used on two people" Frederick presented my gun in a clear bag and I stared at it. It was the gun I stole
Off Grentz. I must get it back. I looked away in case Will noticed how I'm acting and I put my focus on Abel, who was also glaring at me.
"It is not my possession, Doctor Chilton" Abel just responded calmly.
"Someone was with you, weren't they? Then they broke In and stole any evidence and still left this..why?" Frederick asked.
"And I wouldn't attempt to kill myself, either" Abel responded with, ignoring what Frederick just asked.
"Only DNA found on the gun was yours" Will said to him, with his arms crossed. I glanced over at Will and he looked back over at me so I quickly looked back over at Abel. A smile started to grow on his face as he kept looking between Will and I.
"Oh agent Graham, I wouldn't of guessed" he teased. Dr. Chilton pulled a confused look so I quickly shut it down.
"Why did you do it, Gideon?" I asked him.
"He won't say. He's saying he's protecting someone" Frederick informed me but we all stared at Abel, and Abel was staring at me with his head held high.
"We'll find out soon enough" I muttered to them all then walked out the room, and back to his office.

I opened up Frederick's office to see Hannibal sat down, with his legs crossed and he had his elbow on his lap, looking zoned out of reality. Meanwhile, Jack was looking out the window and once the door closed, they both swung their heads over at me.
"So? Did it go well?" Jack asked me. I hesitantly shook my head and they both approached me.
"He said he's protecting someone, so he either didn't do the crimes or... someone was there with him" I sighed to Jack. He let out a long sigh while Hannibal was glaring me up and down, and I caught his eye. Afterwards, Will and Frederick entered the office and I went to go sit down, resting my head in my hands.
"Still feel ill, Grace?" Jack asked me from behind. I was a little confused at first but just went along with it.
"Mhm" I mumbled. Someone put their hand on my shoulder and I glanced up to see Hannibal.
"Nothing a rest could fix" He said to me. He held his hand out to me and I took his hand. He pulled me to my feet then he put his arm around me. I glanced at Will to see him with his arms crossed, looking at me as Hannibal guided me around the room. Will didn't seem to pleased but stayed silent.
"Excuse me, gentlemen" Hannibal said as he opened up the office door and walked us out of there.

We got outside and he let me go.
"Thanks for getting us outta there... started to get uncomfortable" I said to Hannibal, stretching my neck out. He looked down at me and slanted his head at me.
"Uncomfortable between you and Will?" He asked me, I let out a loud exhale and shrugged my shoulders at him.
"I did us a favour, you'll see" I whispered to him.
"It felt like you were attempting to torment me" Hannibal replied back to me.
"What? It worked?" I said to him sarcastically, with a smile on my face since that wasn't my plan at all. Hannibal couldn't help but smirk then we both went to his car.

He began to reverse out and I checked my phone to see the time.
"Bedelia has informed me that you've stopped arriving for your sessions" Hannibal mumbled to me, focused on the road.
"All she talks about is what you and I did, or just you. So why should I?" I asked him.
"Jack won't be impressed" Hannibal warned me. I scoffed as I looked out the window and thought about Henry.
"I don't need to impress him" I replied back to Hannibal. There was a moment of silence then I looked over at Hannibal.
"The Baltimore ripper is being tremendously quiet recently, let's wake her up" I said to Hannibal calmly, but also excitedly. Hannibal gripped on the steering wheel and my smirk only grew.
