Okay guys, so they took the avengers off of Netflix and and I'm sad because I cannot reference what happens on the movie with what I write, so I am apologizing for errors ahead of time, as YouTube may not completely fill in the gaps.
I clung to Nat and Clint, crying into their shoulders, the image of Coulson's lifeless body etched into my mind. It was as if I was branded.
"Can you fly one of those things?" I looked up, rubbing my red rimmed eyes as Cap walked in.
"Yeah." Clint said, emerging from the bathroom, looking the avenger over.
"Do you have a suit?" Clint nodded. "Then suit up."
I groaned. I knew what was coming. We were going to eliminate the threat, which was spy code for beat the crap put of my father. Yippee.
I followed among behind Clint and Nat, a frown building on my face. I was thinking about my father, as usual. His plan was simple: rule the world. And we were going to have to stop it.
I stepped into the plane, examining the controls. "Clint can fly it!" I cried, turning around. The agent set to guard the ship began to protest as we climbed onboard.
"Son." Capsicle said. "Just don't." I giggled as the agent stepped off the plane and the cockpit closed. We were off to see my father and save the world.
The flight was short and tense. Tony was going to be flying in his suit, so the for of us were quiet. Captain, Clint, and Nat all sat quietly in their seats, their heads hung low. There was a huge weight on our shoulders, a burden to large for us to carry alone, especially with the loss of Coulson. The wound there in my heart was new and fresh, sliced deep and clean. I was betrayed by the man I loved and trusted most, and it hurt.
Nat smiled lightly at me as I caught her eye. Her usually stony face seemed etched with worry, and I could see the discomfort on her eyes. She knee what my father had meant to me, and how he had torn my heart. She leaned over, placing a hand on my knee. It want much, but the small act of comfort have me hope. I smiled up at her, taking her pale hand and lacing my fingers with hers. She gave my hand a small squeeze. I grinned, squeezing back.
That was when we were nearly shot out of the sky by my father.....again.
