MHA Quirk/backstory: Ryoko was born with a mild quirk the ability to create any weapon of their choosing but due to experiments that his mom and dad put him and his half sister through for the hero commission that quirk was suppressed and replaced with the ability to manipulate and create lighting. When he was in middle school his parents were in a terrible accident resulting in their death, he was then taken care of by his half sister and financed by his future teachers and young pro heros Eraserhead and Present Mic.
