(Akua's pov)
Me, Aether and Venti went to go return the sadly broken lyre but somehow Venti was able to fix it. Which we soon found out won't be fixed forever. As Venti ran away me and Aether chased him only to get outside and see two guys about to attack Venti. Both me and Aether tackled the guards we rolled on the ground before standing back up to see none other then La Signora. "What do you want now!?" I blurted out. Let's just say I had a little run in with her a couple of weeks ago.
"What I'm doing here is none of your concern!" Just then her guards held me and Aether hostage while La Signora attacked Venti. He took something from venti before kicking him causing him to roll over and fall unconscious.
"VENTI!!!!" Both me and Aether cried out struggling to get free.
"Well we got what we came here for so lets get going before our favonien friends find us here." She said before walking away her men knocked Aether out but I used my anemo to keep them off of me then they disappeared into the floor.
"Oh god what am I going to do!?" Just then Barbra walks out of the cathedral.
"Oh my barbatos what happened here!?" Barbra said in shock.
"I'll explain later you have healing powers right? Can you heal Aether!?" I asked her.
"Of course I can but what about the bard!?" Barbra asked looking at the two unconscious men.
"I'll take care of venti, when Aether wakes up tell him to meet us at the symbol of mondsats hero!" I said before picking Venti up putting him on my back and running off to the tree, leaving a confused Barbra behind. We soon made it to the tree I set venti down so he was leaning on the tree. I then sat next to him and rested his head on my shoulder. "I really hope this tree helps and I didn't carry venti on my back all the way over here for nothing." I said before softly kissing his forehead.
(Aether's pov)
I woke up seeing a concerned Barbra standing in front of me. "What happened?" I questioned in a tired voice, then it clicked. "Venti! Akua! Where are they!?" I looked around frantically.
"Traveler please calm down Akua is alright I don't know about the bard though, he just told me that when you wake to tell you to meet them at the symbol of mondstats hero!" Barbra said just then paimon came flying over visibly shaking.
"Man that was cold paimon is freezing!"
"Thank you for all your help Barbra!" I said before taking off towards the tree.
"Anytime!" I hear her say. Once I get there I see Akua and Venti having a causal conversation with Venti's head rested on Akua's shoulder as if we weren't attacked I'm gonna assume a couple hours ago.
"Venti! Akua! You guys are alright!" I said running over to them.
"Oh hey Aether yeah about an hour after getting to the tree Venti woke up and felt fine." Akua explained and Venti nodded in agreement. I took a sigh of relief and sat next to them.
