(Alex's POV)
It's been a couple months since I got my spider abilities those other 2 powers that my dad said I have haven't shown up yet. I'm starting to think they don't exist. It was early morning and I was in my dads lab working on my own web shooters. "Kid what are you doing in here it's 5 am!?" My dad said as he walked in.
"Couldn't sleep." I said not even glancing at him he walked over to see me working on the web shooters.
"You know Peter probably has an older model of web shooters you could use." My dad said leaning over my shoulder.
"Yeah but mine has built in web grenades and web walls..." I said still not looking at him.
"Web walls?"
"It's a protective wall made out of webs duh." I said after putting down my screwdriver. "I'm gonna go test it... don't worry I'll put a suit on stand by just in case." I reassured my dad before leaving. I adjusted the web shooters and started swinging I swung around for a couple minutes until i came across peters apartment I knew it was early but I wanted to show Peter my new web shooters and gloat about how mine are better. I landed on the fire escape and knocked on his window it took a couple knocks to wake him up but he was awake he tiredly looked at the window. When he saw it was me he got out of bed and opened the window.
"Alex what are you doing here its 5 in the morning!" Peter said in a tired voice.
"Well I'm bored I couldn't sleep and I made some web shooters which are 100% in every way better then yours." I said with a smug look on my face.
"How's that?" Peter asked. "They look exactly like mine."
"Well mine have embedded web grenades and web walls." I said confidently.
"My suit has that already." Peter said laughing quietly.
"I- Ugh dang it!" I said annoyed. "Anyway wanna hang out later like maybe on the roof of the avengers tower?" Peter nodded. "Alright see you later then."
"See you later." Peter says before closing the window. I swing away back to the the tower.
*time skip*
(Peters pov)
"May I'm going out!" I kinda yelled before leaving and closing the door. I walked out the building and headed straight to the subway. I soon got to the avengers tower. I got into the elevator and was greeted by Friday.
"Welcome back Mr. Parker what floor would you like to go to?"
"Top floor please Friday." I said and the elevator went up. I soon stepped out and saw Mr. Rogers. "Hi Mr. Rogers!"
"Hey Peter what are you doing here?"
"Alex wanted to hang out on the roof." I explained.
"That explained why I saw him go up there." Steve thought out I smiled and headed to the roof
"Hey Alex!" I said seeing him up there.
"Hey Peter!" We hung out for a bit before Alex turned to me looking a little nervous. "Hey uh Peter can I ask you something?"
"Yeah of course are you ok Alex?"
"Yeah I'm fine just I'm not really sure how to say this... shit uh.... fuck it Peter will you go out will me!?" Alex stuttered out. I sat their in shock trying to comprehend what just happened. "I'll take that silence as a no..."
"Wait! Yes yes I will..." I said my face turning red.
"Seriously!? Your not joking!?"
"As long as you aren't." I said smiling Alex engulfed me in a hug. We hung out on the roof top the rest of the day.
"Oh uh sorry about waking you up at 5 o'clock in the morning." Alex said with nervous laughter.
"No worries I was able to fall back asleep as soon as you left." Before Alex could say anything I got an emergency meeting alert on my phone. "Seriously!? Now?"
"Go a heros work is never done." Alex said with a smile. I nodded and kissed his cheek.
"I promise as soon as the meeting is over we can hang out again."
"Don't worry about we've got all the time in the world. Now go don't keep them waiting!" Alex said pushing me towards the door. I nodded and ran to the meeting room.
(Alex's POV)
A few minutes after Peter left I walked to my room to play some overwatch but before I could I got a text from my dad.
Iron dad:
I need you in the meeting room now
Alex:
Aren't the avengers in a meeting right now?
Iron dad: just get down here
With that I shut off my phone and went to the meeting room. When I got there I saw all the avengers sitting there, seems like they were waiting for my arrival. "Uh what's happening?" I questioned.
"Alex please take a seat." My dad said and pointed to an empty seat at the end of the table. Not gonna lie I was worried. I walked over to the chair and sat down. "Me and the rest of the team have been talking... and since your training has been going so well we want to invite you to join the avengers."
"Wait are you guys serious!?" A series of yes, yups and head nods filled the room. My face beamed with excitement. After the meeting Tony decided to celebrate my arrival by taking the team out for ice cream. After Peter got his ice cream he sat down next to me. "Hey Pete I think we should tell them that we're dating."
"Really? I think we should wait a little bit having two big announcements in one day?" Peter explains.
"Good point..."I said and licked some of my ice cream.
