Niall's pov.

Today I leave to go back on tour for one week. After this week is over, The boys and I finally get about a year off from touring. I honestly don't know how I can leave Taylor, she has gotten a bit better, but the doctors don't think that she will wake up for a while.

Harry and I, went to Taylor's hospital room, to say goodbye for a while.

After Harry said goodbye, he left to go sit in the lobby.

"Hey Taylor, I'm leaving to go on tour for a week, but after I come back and you wake up, you'll get to see me, the boys, your family, and maybe even my family too." I tried to say through tears.

"You need to wake up, please. For you, me, and us."I cried.

"Well, I have to go, I'll see you soon, I love you." I whispered as I placed a kiss on her forehead.

I walked out of her room and into the lobby.

"Ready to go?" Harry asked, And I nodded my head in response.

Harry and I drove to the airport, and arrive and about hour before our flight takes off.

X 30 minutes later X

"Flight 177 to Holland now boarding." that lady over the intercom said.

"Come on bro,thats our flight." harry stated standing up, I stood up also and followed him.

It's a three hour flight, so that means we will be there by 1. Just in time for sound check. We only have one show here in Holland, then we have our shows in England, and Ireland.

X three hours later X

We just arrived at the stadium for sound check. There are already thousands of fans lined up to enter the stadium. This is crazy, probably the biggest concert yet.

Sound check ended about 2:30, and now it's 6:30 the show will begin in about a half hour.

Almost all of the seats are full, only about 100 left.

X later (11:00 pm)

The show just ended, our show was two hours, there was an opening band, and a one hour gap between the two.

I had fun, like usual, but I couldn't keep my mind off Taylor.

Harry even asked the crowd to keep Taylor in there hearts, and hope she wakes up soon. The hashtag #taylorwakeup is even trending worldwide and the concert just ended.

I walked into my dressing room, shut the door, and just completely broke down. Tomorrow, we'll be in Ireland for two days, then after that we are in London for one show, then we are off for 9 months.

There was a knock on the door, so I got up to answer it. I opened the door to see Liam.

"Hey, you okay?" He asked.

"No Liam. No I'm not okay." I answered.

"Well, we'll be landing in Heathrow at 12 tomorrow, so you can visit her, then we'll be driving to Ireland in the buss because Dublin is only an hour from Heathrow." he said trying to calm me. I just nodded my head.

"C'mon, we're going back our hotel, because our flight takes off at 8." Zayn stated popping his head through the open door.

Liam and I both got up off the floor and followed Zayn to the car.

When we got to the hotel, I went right to my room and fell onto the bed. I feel so lonely without Taylor right next to me.

As I was changing out of my clothes and into my boxers, my phone began ringing. I flipped it over, and an unknown number appeared. I answered it.

"Hullo?"

"Hello, is this Niall Horan?"

"Yes, who is this?" I asked.

"This is Heathrow Hospital."

"Oh.."

"We wanted to let you know that Taylor..."
