Chapter 54

Wow thx for almost 300 votes 😊! Also I'm sorry for not posting for a long time, I was really busy because from April to July I have ice skating every day, so I couldn't find time to write sry. Updates are going to be pretty slow and shorter now sry. Also new cover!

X a week later X

Niall and I are now in Ireland staying with his parents. Today is September 13th, his birthday. It's currently about five in the morning, and I'm getting ready to go out and get his birthday present. His mum and I are headed to the Guitar Centre in Dublin, and he will hopefully still be asleep by the time we come back.

I quietly pried myself out of Niall's arms, brushed my teeth, and quickly changed into black skinny jeans, my high school hoodie, and put on my Uggs. I walked down the stairs, where Maura was waiting for me. "Ready to got?" She asked, and I nodded my head.

"Where is this place again?" She said once we were out on the road. "my phone says it's in Dublin by the Exchequer." I answered.

About 30 minutes later we arrived at Guitar Center. A man walked up to us and said, "hello welcome to Guitar Center, is there anything I could help you with?"

"Um.. yeah, I'm looking for a 1965 Fender Stratocaster in cherry red." I smiled and he led me to a room with walls lined with hundreds of guitars.

He grabbed one off the wall and handed it to me, and led me to an area with cases. I picked out one the guy said went with the guitar, then got Niall a box of pics. We went to the check out and I paid for the guitar then Maura and I quickly drove back to her house. She went to cook breakfast while I went to their office to wrap Niall's present. Once I was finished I left it in the office then went up stairs to wake the birthday bae up.

"Wake up sleepy head." I sang climbing on top of him and placing a soft kiss on his lips. His eyes quickly fluttered open, "I could get used to waking up like this." he smiled. "hmm I bet you would." I chuckled, "get up birthday boy your mother made breakfast."

"I can't get up... you're on top of me." he said, I quickly kissed him then hopped down the stairs. In about ten minutes he came down into the kitchen all dressed and hair gelled.

we all ate breakfast together, Niall's dad left to go help one of his friends with something, Maura left to go get Niall's birthday present from her and Bobby, so it was just Niall and I left.

"I have something for you." Niall smiled.

"What is it!" I excitedly squealed, he ran up the stairs and came down a minute later with a giant wrapped box in his arms. He placed it in front of me, "Happy half birthday," he smiled.

"Niall it's my half birthday you did t have to get me anything." I chuckled

"Oh.. but I wanted to." he sang.

I carefully unwrapped the box to see that unmistakable black, white, and yellow Nikon camera box. It was the Nikon D3200, the newest and most expensive DSLR camera on the market. I opened the box to reveal the contents: the camera, a case, about 4 lenses a charger, battery, and a 64 gigabyte removable SD card. "Thank you so much." I smiled and kissed him. He knew I've been wanting this camera since it was released. "Would you like your present now?" I asked him and he said yes.

I walked into his mums office, grabbed the wrapped guitar case, and brought it back into the lounge. I gave him the present and he quickly unwrapped it.

"You didn't." he said looking up at me.

"Oh, but I did." I smirked.

He unlocked the case to see it. "in cherry red..." he looked up at me, "but there's only about 30 in the whole world. How?"

"I know a guy at guitar center." I chuckled, "come on, take it out. I know you're dying to."

He quickly took it out and held it in his hands. "oh I forgot!" I ran back into the office, grabbed the giant box of 300 guitar pics and ran ran into the lounge... again. "here." I said as I handed them to him. "my god, where did you ever find this many?" He asked.

"I just grabbed a bunch and put them in a box, I'm pretty sure some One Direction ones are in there too."

He sat the guitar back in the case, placed the pics on top of it, and stood up. He walked over to me and wrapped is arms around my waist, and I put mine around his neck. "Thank you so much for the guitar, this is the best birthday I've ever had." he smiled as placed his lips against mine. We kissed for a minute then I pulled away, "I love you," I smiled. "I love you more." he announced, "impossible." I chuckled.

Xx 3 days later xX

I opened my eyes to see my wonderful and amazing boyfriend, Niall Horan.

"Good morning beautiful." he smiled pushing hair out of my face.

"Good morning." I smiled laying my head on his chest.

"Wow, I can't believe it's been a year." he smiled placing a kiss on my forehead. "Me neither," I agreed.

"We have reservations for six tonight at the finest restaurant in Ireland." he smiled sitting up," so what do you want to do until then?"

"... Zoo!" I said excitedly. "Okay you got thirty minutes to get ready." he said getting up with me.

I quickly showered, dried my hair and put it in a high side ponytail, put some light eyeliner and mascara on, and changed my clothes. I put on a pair of ripped black skinny jeans, a black thick strap tank top, and a mint green, black, and white unbuttoned flannel. I walked down the stairs and Niall was waiting by the door ready to go.

We drove to the zoo and paid our admission of £20. We walked around for about 4 hours and then had lunch. We saw a few more animals then left. By the time we got home it was already five so I had 30 minutes to get ready. I changed into a mid thigh Vera Wang shoulder less pink dress, and Niall changed into a black suit. We left his parents house and he drove to the restaurant.

When we got there, a waiter led us to a table. Niall pulled the char out for me, and walked back around to his seat. We talked for a while until the waiter came back and took our orders, Niall and I ordered the same dish.

Niall and I are now walking through town, and everything looks so pretty lit up with Christmas lights. Niall seems really nervous and keeps putting his hands in his pockets. We stopped in a park and went to a gazebo where there were a few people looking over the edge into a small lake. We stopped in the middle and Niall bent down onto one knee. "Taylor, when we first met I thought you were the most beautiful girl in the world and a guy like me could never get a girl like you." he smiled and I started tearing up. "I know we're young and everything, but I know I'm making the right decision. you are the one I want to spend the rest oft life with. So miss, Taylor Marie Dawson, will you do me the honor of marring me?" he said and took a box out of his pocket, he opened it and inside was the most beautiful ring I've ever seen.

"Yes! A million times yes!" I cried, he stood up and kissed me. The other people in the gazebo clapped and cheered.
