Micah stood by his car, a dripping sponge in his hand as he ran it over the windscreen. After a long talk from Charlie, and a lot of threats, Micah had excused himself. His mind set on cleaning the car while his boyfriend spoke to his dad.

As Micah was so focused on cleaning his car, he failed to notice the copper haired vampire making his way over.

Edward smiled as he walked over, wrapping his arms around Micah's waist and nuzzling his nose against his jaw line.

Micah jumped slightly, before relaxing, "Don't do that." He scolded gently, the sponge on the floor, having dropped it to clutch his chest in fear.

Edward nuzzled his jaw in apology, letting out a small purring noise. Sighing in content, Micah leaned back into Edward's arms and closed his eyes.

"What are you thinking about?" Edward mumbled, placing soft kisses along his neck.

"I'm thinking, that I want to make a good impression tomorrow, but I don't know how." Micah answered, tilting his head to give Edward more access.

Edward lifted his head, tiling Micah's so he could look him in the eye, "Just be yourself." Leaning down, he placed a soft kiss to his lips.

Micah smiled bashfully, as he bit his lip softly

Micah smiled bashfully, as he bit his lip softly. "I think I can do that." Edward smiled, nodding his head as Micah ran his fingers through his hair, pulling his down for a kiss that had them both smiling widely when they pulled apart.

What the pair failed to notice, was Charlie standing in the living room window, watching with a heartwarming smile as the two held each other close, laughing at things they said

What the pair failed to notice, was Charlie standing in the living room window, watching with a heartwarming smile as the two held each other close, laughing at things they said. And at that very moment, Charlie prayed to anyone who was listening, that nothing would tear them apart.

Not long after Charlie walked away, Edward began to stiffen. Micah looked at his worriedly, "What's wrong?"

Edward shook his head, placing a firm kiss to Micah's plump lips, "Billy." He mumbled, his lips hovering dangerously over Micah's.

Micah nodded in understanding, let out a soft sign as he knew Edward had to leave

Micah nodded in understanding, let out a soft sign as he knew Edward had to leave.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow," Edward promised, giving Micah one more kiss before hopping into his car and driving off, glaring at Billy as he went.

Pulling up, Micah watched as Jacob helped his dad out of their car, before turning his gaze at Micah.

Micah found himself straightening his back, as he stared own Jacob, refusing to cower and had like he once had done.

Jacob cleared his throat, "Micah?" Said boy raised his eyebrow in question, "Can I talk to you for a sec." he nodded his head to the side of the house.

Micah hesitated, if he was being honest, he would rather not but with both of their dads standing, well sitting in Billy's case, there, he couldn't exactly say no.

Wiping his soapy hands on his jumper, Micah followed Jacob around to the side of the house, making sure to keep a safe distance.

Jacob kept his gaze towards the ground as he scratched the back of his neck. He felt like shit. With slow movements, Jacob turned around, his eyes glassy, something that surprised Micah, not that he would show it.

Ever since the twins had returned home, Jacob had been trying everything to come over just so he could talk to the boy, but every time he came over, Micah was always no where to be found. And he honestly didn't blame him for disappearing when he came over, if the rolls where reversed, he would probably do the exact same

Micah crossed his arms, "You wanted to talk to me?" He asked patiently as he watched Jake wearily. He found himself clenching his fists against his jumper.

"Yeah," Jacob whispered, looking up at Micah. While his face showed no emotion, and his stance showed he was ready for conflict, his eyes held anger and distrust, that had him wincing, "Look, I-I-I wanted to apologise for how I was."

Micah clicked his tongue against his teeth as he shuffled on his feet, "Why?" He found himself asking, "Why are you sorry now?"

"Because I know understand that what I did was wrong and cruel and disgusting behaviour." Said Jacob, his voice catching slightly as he swallowed thickly.

"Oh?" Micah asked rhetorically, his face still showing no emotion, but inside his body was buzzing with the need to get away.

"I am so so sorry for what I did to you. I was stupid and selfish and angry and I took that out on you. I listened to Bella's lies and manipulations because I believed her. But after you left and started to hide away, I realised what I had done, and I'm so sorry."

Micah's eyes widened slightly, not expecting the boy to sound so sincere, "You made my life a living hell Jacob. You understand that right? You understand that I couldn't leave my own bedroom without breaking down in panic, that I couldn't even go to the fucking shop without think you where going to pop up out of nowhere."

Jacob sucked in a shuddering breath, "I am so sorry. I had no idea what it was doing to you, I should have listened when Paul told me to knock it off."

Paul. Paul was one of Micah's closest friends, but when Micah had started shutting himself away, the two had lost contact, just like he had with Sam. The two of them was probably the only ones who didn't leave him, instead it was the other way around.

"I just want you to know that I am so, so, so sorry and that I hope one day, not today, not even a week from now, but that one day you can forgive me."

Micah bit his lip, "How do I know that this isn't another one of your sick jokes. Get me to forgive you, then wham! Your doing the same thing all over again."

"I can't give you Proof because I don't have any, but I am sorry and I am going to do everything that I can to prove it."

Micah nodded, wiping a loose tear with the sleeve of his jumper, "Your right. I can't forgive. Not yet anyway. Just give me time."

Jacob nodded vigorously, "Take as long as you need."

Micah looked Jacob over for a moment before giving him a firm nod and headed inside the house leaving Jacob on his own.

The second he hear the door shut, Jacob fell back, lading on his butt as he pressed the palm of his hands on his eyes, his shoulders shaking with unheard sobs.
