I followed the strange man into the bar where we met a man name Greef Carga. "Mando! I see you brought one in cold. Who's your lady friend?" He said with a smirk. "Long story short, she's now my slave." There was a long pause between us. Greef was looking at me and I suddenly found myself becoming awkward. "So... here are your credits. They should last you a while." Greef said with a smile. "What other assignments do you have?" Mando asked. "Let's see.... I have a bail jumper, a bail jumper, another bail jumper, a wanted smuggler."Greef was interupted by Mando when he said hurridly"I'll take them all." Mando reached out his hand to take the pucks when Greef said"Now, Hold on. There are other members of the guild, and this is all I have." Mando stared at him for a moment and said"Why so slow?" Greef had said proudly"It's not slow at all, actually. Very busy. They just don't want to pay guild rates. They dont mind if things get sloppy." Mando looked up at me for a split second then said"What's your highest bounty?" Greef looked up at me and I couldn't help but feel sorry for the man. This new master I was going to be serving didn't seem to take no for an answer. I didn't know whether that was a good or bad thing."Not much. Five Thousand,at most" Greef had said with a frown on his face."What? That won't even cover fuel these days." My master said with a irritated tone. Greef sat there looking around the room as he had a look on his face.He leaned in close as if he were telling a important secret that no one else should know. "There is one job." I looked between the both of them and knew that whatever the job was, it could not be good. "Let's see the puck." Mando said slowly. Greef had a look of uncertainty on his face as he said"No Puck. Face to face. No comission. Deep pocket." I was starting to feel weary as I didn't know where this job would take us. "Underworld?" Mando had asked cautiously. "All I know is no chain code. Now, Do you want the chit or not?" Greef had asked in a dark tone. Mando didn't say anything. He just took the chit, stood up and started walking to the exit. I stood there questioning whether or not I should actually go with this man."Are you coming or not?" My master asked with annoyance. I knew I couldn't run away. If anyone found me I would just be sold to another awful person and so on and so forth. I looked at this mysterious Mandalorian and felt my feet follow behind him. We walked out of the bar and into the busy streets of Nevarro. Mando was looking at the chit and it pointed him in the direction to go. "I will take you to my ship. You will wait there until I am finished getting this job." He said pointing his finger at me like I was a child. I held my tongue. I wanted to punch him so hard in his tin head. But all I did was sigh and say "Yes,Master." I couldn't see but I could tell he was rolling his eyes. " Don't call me that. Mando works fine." He said with a hint of displeasure. We then sarted on our way to his ship. We walked in silence for what seemed like hours. I finally asked "What's your name?" He stopped in his tracks and turned to me not saying anything....at first. "I told you.... It's Mando." he said with temper. I turned to him and said "No. I know. I meant your real name." I said with a smile. He said " I don't have a name." I had a look of confusion on my face. How could someone not have a name? "You must have a name. Everyone has a name. Even for a little while." He looked down to the ground and sighed. "You are going to be a difficult one, aren't you? I have a name, but no one knows it and they never will. I have kept my name secret so no one will find out who I am." He said in a serious tone. "Well, doesn't your helmet help with that?" I asked wanting to know more. " Yes, but I want to keep all of myself unknown to everyone." He said starting to sound more and more angry. "What about your family? I'm sure they know a lot about you." He turned to me suddenly and said "Stop. Asking. Questions." He said with his anger erupting like a volcano. He began to walk away quickly as if he were fleeing this conversation. I felt frozen for a moment before I finally started to catch up with him. Silence entrapped us once again, only this time I felt afraid to speak and ask more questions. We were a couple of feet away from the shipping port. I felt relief as I knew we weren't going to be around each other for a short while. We got to the hanger where his ship was. I looked at his ship in amazement. "Your ship is beautiful. Does it have a name?" I asked in excitement. "The Razor Crest" He said with no amusement. "Wow." I said silently. He opened the hatch and I started to walk into the ship when he grabbed my upper arm."If I come back and anything is missing or broken, you will live to regret me saving your life. And if you take my ship and try to escape, I will find you and bring you in either warm or like your old master.... cold." I felt fear run through my veins like ice. He let go of my arm and followed me into the ship. He took me to a corner in the ship. "This will be your space. do not touch anything or leave this spot unless I say so. When I get back I expect to see you in this spot." He pointed to the corner. I went over and sat down. He then walked out of his ship and closed the hatch. My head fell against the metal of the ship with a bang and I closed my eyes and dreamt that I was with my family. Happy and free.
