Mando's POV

I was on my way to retrieve the Bounty. I couldn't help but think of the woman who was downstairs. She was very intriguing to me. The way she words things is...... Interesting. I wonder how she became a slave. Someone of her nature seems like she should be not bound to a life of servitude. She seems like a free-minded individual. She is also very...... I am shaken from my thoughts as we approach Alvara-7. It is a planet that is similar to Tatooine. But more rocky. I land near a hard sandy mountain. I turn off my engine and walk out of my cockpit. I climb down the ladder and I look and see my sla.... No, Evelin sitting in the corner, leaning her head against the cool metal of my ship. I open my hatch to walk outside but I'm stopped by a thought. I can't just leave her here by herself. ".....Come on. Let's go." I say hesitantly. She looks at me as if I'm crazy. She then stood up from her place, straightening her clothing and then looked at me again with a confused expression. "You... want me to come with you?" She asked with a hint of surprise on her tongue. For a moment I stared at her. "Why would I leave you here?" I asked. "Well, my previous masters never let me go anywhere with them. They always wanted to keep their slave locked away for no one to see. The only time I would go out is by myself and that is if I had a chore list or actually had time to go on a walk. So I'm surprised that you want to be seen with me." She said with while looking at the floor but I could tell she had a look of sadness. I thought it was crazy that she wouldn't be seen with her masters. Most slave owners love showing off their property. Maybe it was because they thought others would want her. I shook my head and said "I'm not like other people." She looked up at me in shock and I could see a small smile form on her face. I cleared my throat and began to walk down the ramp of my ship with my rifle in my hand. I feel her follow me down the ramp to the sandy earth. We walk in silence for the only sound we can hear is the wind blowing and the beeping of the tracking fob. I stop and look around. I put the fob down and raised my rifle to see if there are any threats ahead of us. All I saw was local animals. I scanned back and forth, left to right when all of the sudden something popped up in the scan. I jumped back and I heard Evelin scream. I saw that the animal looking at her and started to go to her. I pushed out of the way so she wouldn't get hurt. I take my flame thrower but it bites my arm and I am pulled to the ground.

Evelin's POV

I saw a animal pop out of nowhere. I screamed as I was afraid it was going to hurt me. Then it looks at me and starts heading towards me. I was frozen where I stood. Then I feel Mando push me. I fell to the ground and when I looked back up, I saw that his arm was in the animals mouth and he was on the ground. I heard him grunting as he was trying to break free. All I could do was look in terror as he was struggling. I looked around to see if there was a rock or a stick or something I could distract it with. I looked back over and saw Mando being flung around, still caught in the animals mouth. I saw my master start punching the animal in the head, trying desperately to get free. Finally, it let his arm go and mando grabbed his arm in pain. Suddenly it charged at my master and pummeled him to the ground. I gasped. I saw that there was this blue colored energy near it's stomach. I saw a dart sticking out of it. I saw my master partially stuck under this animal and I stood up and went to him. Then I saw another one of these animals come towards him and I ran as fast as I could to protect him. I kneeled in front of him when I saw another blue colored energy surrounded the other one. I looked down at the animal in shock. I turned to face my master who was groaning. "Are you alright?" I asked concerned. Then he pulled his arm from under the animal. He was panting and he finally said "Thank you." I looked at him and smiled. Then I heard a voice from behind that said "You are a Bounty Hunter." I turned around saw that there was an ugnaught sitting on one o the creatures. I felt a little disappointed when I realized that my master wasn't thanking me. But I stood up and smiled. "Yes." My master said tiredly. "I will help you. I have spoken." The ugnaught then thumed his ride with his leg and turned around. I looked at my master and offered my hand to help him up. But he just ignored my good notion, got up on his own and walked passed me. I frowned but followed where the ugnaught was leading us. We walked for a while until we ended up at a tent like house and went inside. My master and I sat at a table in the middle of the hut. The ugnaught was making some tea when he said "Many have passed through. They seek the one as you." I looked between the both of them to see what my master was going to say next. "Did you help them?" My master asked. The ugnaught responded "Yes. They died." I started to feel nervous. "Well, then I don't know if I want your help." My master replied with a low tone. The ugnaught then started to walk over to the table with the tea he made while saying "You do. I can show you to the encampment." I looked over at my master. "What's your cut?" he said with a hint of annoyance. "Half." replied the ugnaught. "Half the bounty to guide? Seems steep." My master said. "No. Half of the blurrg you helped capture." The ugnaught said sitting down. Oh. So they're called Blurrgs. "The blurrg? You can keep them both." My master said cooly. "No. You will need one. To ride. The way is impossible to pass without a blurrg." I looked at our host then to my master in amusement. He has to ride one of those things? After it beat him to the ground. I couldn't help but laugh. Both of them looked at me and my laughter went to me looking to the ground in silence. "I don't know how to ride blurrg." My master said. All the ugnaught said was "I have spoken." He walked out and I looked at my master. He looked at me and scoffed and walked out of the hut. I sighed. It was going to be a long day.
